Upon arrival I was told that the computers were temporarily down, but should be up soon. They gave me a end room, in the newer two story section to the left of the lobby (room 232). The limited hotel parking lot was completely full, so I had to park accross the street in the high-rise parking garage, which was not that inconvienent. The room was very clean and fresh, but a tray outside my room with half eaten food remained there until I asked for it to be removed the next morning. In the morning, they had a coffee tray setup on a table in the lobby, but at 9am both carafes were empty, but they told me to go the the restaurant and they would give me coffee... again... no big deal. There were no pay movie channels, but I'm not sure if that was because of the computer outage. Checking out the next day, the computer was still down, but they promised to send me my bill in the mail.
I was with 4 other couples, the two in the tower rooms complained of a musty smell (I did not see these rooms), and the other stayed in a one bedroom suite (in the other new section) which was all the way at the end of the other side of the hotel. The room was a regular room and a connecting "room" which was very narrow, had 2 double beds, but no bathroom, so the bathroom in the main room was shared. Strange, but it worked ok for the two other couples.
Location was good, it was only a block and a half to the commons, and there were several restaurants and bar-type places close by. I did not eat at the hotel restaurant.
I'd stay here again, just for the proximity to the Commons area, but at $169 it's a bit overpriced
