This place is AWESOME! The pictures don't do it justice (although it looks exactly like the pictures). I have already recommended this place to everyone I know and I was just there 2 days ago! The rooms are great - exactly how pictured. The owner recommend local place to eat and her favorite (I will let her tell you) is delicious! I plan to return again and again!

My husband had been in NYC for 2.5 months with work, and when I came to visit we decided to book a room here for a getaway. It was beautiful online, but even better in person. The breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were amazing, and Kelly has to be one of the nicest people I've ever met. We are from Mississippi, but have decided that when my husband gets home we will probably fly back just to come stay again. It was well worth the money, and I would love to go back soon!

Right off the bat, my fiancee and I were impressed with the Rosehaven. Two days before we were scheduled to arrive, we both fell ill with the flu. Kelly was extremely understanding and accommodating. We were allowed to postpone our stay with no fees and get well wishes to boot. Finally better and ready to ski, we were taken with the beautiful surroundings in the area. The rooms were perfect, service was impeccable. Kelly reccomended her favorite resturant which turned out to be amazing, and told us of fun things to do in the area. A number of movies and books were available in the common area, and could be brought up to the room. Breakfast was delicious. The best thing about the room was the breathtaking view. The snow and the deer made for a picturesque background for a romantic ski weekend.

My best advice is to book a room ASAP. You wont regret it.

We stayed at the Rosehaven in January 2008 for two nights. It was absolutely amazing. Our room was very big and the bed and bedding were so comfortable. The bathroom is so large, and with a whilrpool tub.

Kelly, the innkeeper and owner, is so gracious and very helpful. Her breakfasts were great, as were her food recommendations. Her dog, Gandalf, is also really sweet.

The house is beautifully restored and decorated and very comfortable. It's minutes away from Hunter mountain, where we went skiing and had a great time.

We couldn't ask for more in a B&B, and we'll definitely be going back. Thank you, Kelly!
