My family and I had such a wonderful experience at Daylily Dreams Bed and Breakfast that we just had to write a favorable review! The experience was lovely from the "Bed" to the "Breakfast" and everything in between. It all started with a warm welcome and a glass of refreshing lemonade from Bob and Rae the proprieters. What a nice touch to welcome weary travelers! Rae suggested we relax in the screened in gazebo out back, but we just couldn't help but stroll around the beautiful daylily gardens! With the garden a burst of color in mid summer, I was amazed by all the different varieties and textures of these hearty perrenials! The gardens were such a lovely and peaceful place to unwind that we found ourselves outside almost every morning and evening of our stay. But the gardens were just an extra feature that made our stay so enjoyable. I guess I should mention the "Bed" part of the experience. The accomadations at daylily Dreams were beyond our expectations.... a clean and comfortable bed and linens, a fresh scent in the air, and a bathroom that was spic and span. And the decor was lovely too as the country keepsakes all around the house really added to the charm of the place. There was a large deck out back that we and other guests enjoyed using to relax and even have our moring beakfasts! Now to the breakfasts! Well, let me just say that the only way I got out of my cozy bed in the moring was because I smelled the deliciious breakfasts cooking! Fresh fruit, juice and coffee were served every morning with such breakfast entrees as overnight French toast, quiche, and the most light and fluffy pancakes you'll ever taste! Bob and Rae even tried to prepare their meals with locally grown and raised products such as honey, eggs, and jams! Daylily Dreams was truly a wonderful experience that I would recommend to any fellow traveller. Bob and Rae offer relaxing, comfortable, and delicious accomadations for the Cooperstown guest!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Daylily Dreams B & B in Cooperstown, NY. The house is very charming, immaculate and nicely decorated. The outside gardens are bueatiful, peaceful and delightful along with a nice gazebo, decks, and view of the neighbor's horses in a nice country setting. The hosts - Rae and Bob are two wonderful people who made you feel right at home and were always there if you needed them. Rae is a magnificent cook - the breakfast's were delicious! Bob takes pride in his bueatiful landscaping of Daylily's, flowers, plants, etc.... We hated to leave and would go back in a heartbeat. This is the best by far of any Bed & Breakfast we've been too! Thanks Rae and Bob - you both are very special.

When we arrived at the Daylily Dreams Inn, we had no idea what to expect. We had chosen the inn site-unseen from a website. Immediately we knew we were staying at the right place. We received a very friendly welcome and were immediately escorted to our room which was BEAUTIFUL. The country decor was very welcoming and cozy. I felt like I had arrived home!
Bob and Rae were very kind and hospitable. Bob raises his Daylilies with pride and has the same pride for running the "Daylily." Rae is a wonderful cook. We could smell the dinner she was preparing for her and Bob and knew we would eat well the next morning. She went out of her way to be sure everyone had something to eat if the guest was not interested in eating the featured breakfast.
Our next trip to Cooperstown would not be the same if we did not stay there. The inn and owners belong in the Hall of Fame!

My husband and I visited the Daylily Dreams B+B over Memorial Day weekend. Our stay was outstanding. Rae and Bob are hospitable, friendly and attentive innkeepers. They were always available to answer questions and made us feel that we were truly guests in their home. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and immaculate. Each morning, breakfast was delicious and creative. Rae and Bob's attention to detail really shows, whether it's in the decor, at breakfast or in their beautifully landscaped yard. We highly recommend the Daylily Dreams B+B.
