I travel here to consult at an area hospital. I love the Manchester and they have always been cordial and accomodating. Several times I have had to leave early and they put out a continental breakfast for me, although I try and start my day later so I can have a hot breakfast.

I have stayed in a variety of rooms from smaller quiant rooms to larger rooms with a porch. I always ask for the best they have available and they often upgrade me.

I love Bed and Breakfasts and enjoy the Manchester Inn.

Can't believe this is the number one rated B and B in Ocean Grove.

I stay in Ocean Grove on business on a regular basis.

The place is in desperate need of maintenance.

Room was a closet.

They could not provide breakfast for me at the time I needed.

There are far better choices in Ocean Grove at comparable prices.

I had a great stay at the Manchester Inn this month. I travel for business in the area, but love to stay at a B&B in Ocean Grove. This was my first time to stay at the Manchester Inn. They have a wide range of rooms from small single rooms without a bath to lovely rooms with Queen size beds, to rooms with 3 twin size beds, including one that adjoins a room with a queen size bed. I had room 203, which had a double bed and a porch. I absolutely loved the porch. Every evening I sat in a wicker rocking chair and enjoyed the ocean breezes. From the porch, I could see the ocean. Compared to the standard hotel room, the room was small. However, that is what is to be expected; this is a historic building, originally built as houses, not a boring chain motel! I also find having a room without a TV or phone to be VERY relaxing. Even though I was there on business, I left after just 2 nights feeling relaxed. The room, and the entire inn, was very clean. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, and the hosts are extremely nice and enjoyable to talk with. I hope to return to Ocean Grove yearly, and plan to stay at the Manchester again.
