The carpeting in our room was stained in several places, and one of our two beds sagged terribly in the middle. There were what appeared to be cigarette burns in our bedspread, even though we were in a non-smoking room. When we complained to the front desk staff, they seemed to shrug off everything we'd said. Otherwise, it was a quiet, restful place to stay.
