We stayed at this hotel for one night on 30th September. Our flight got in late (around 10pm). We used the free phone in the airport to phone the hotel and the shuttle came to get in us in minutes. No problems with check in as place was very quiet. One issue was that as we were late there was no place to get anything to eat and no room service available. For an airport hotel I found this surprising as we had to make do with crisps from the vending machine. Room was a decent size and very quiet. The alarm next door went off around 6am and there was no-one in the room but I was awake anyway (the joy of jet lag) and they came up very promptly to sort it when I phoned reception. Breakfast in the restaurant the next morning was excellent and the shuttle took us back over to the airport to collect our hire car.
