Stayed in 6/07, they charged my credit card even though we paid cash when we checked in. Called 3 times and was promised they would credit my card back. They asked for a copy of the receipt and it was faxed but still waiting for my credit card to be credited back, it has been almost 2 months. I read another review from another website where they did the same thing. I should of seen that as a warning but I ignored it and now I'm paying for it.

We just finished a 5 day stay in Reno at the Knights Inn in Reno, NV. It is located on Virginia Street just across the street from Circus Circus. The room was average but the room service was next to non-existent. It was actually only cleaned two days out of the five we were there. Here is the list:
1. We called in advance to see if the room had an iron. They said it did. When we got there - it didn't. They had to go find one.
2. Most days the room was not cleaned when we returned from sightseeing about 5 or 6 in the afternoon.
3. One of those days we called the office and they said they would send someone. No one came.
4. Another day we had to approach the manager to get someone to come clean the room.
5. On one of the days it was cleaned, they only left one bath towel.

Bottom line - Don't go there - just say "No".
