Four season is excellent!!! Our luxury strip view deluxe room was surperb. The view is absolute wounderful at the evening. The cleanears cleans the room many times a day...perfect! And the stuff is very service minded but they except much tip....
The breakfast....was the best breakfast ever but a little bit to expensive for us. This hotel is perfect but for us a 4 star hotel had been enough. Four season is to luxury for us. But for a few nights it´s lovely...

“4 Seasons always in season”

I have stayed at most every big hotel casino in Las Vegas over the years. Staying away from the 4 Seasons because of what I though was it's lack of casino. Well was I wrong! For those of you who like I have been put off by this, don't. This hotel is basically 2 hotels in one. Topic notch hotel and service of the 4 Seasons, with the Mandelay Bay and it's great restaurants and pools at your finger tips. What a combination! I loved my stay. No need to leave the property except for shopping. They need help in that department.

I will stay here from now on!

“Great hotel, consistent with other FS experiences”

This was my first time staying at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. I stayed here for 3 nights for business. I'm not a gambler and dont really enjoy having to walk through a casino floor to get to my room. So I really liked the fact that although the Four Seasons is located in the Mandalay, there's a separate entrance. I also liked the private pool and though the lunch at Veranda restaurant was very good. Aside from that this FS was consistent in service and experience to other FS properties I've stayed at.

“A little bit of heaven in the middle of Sin City”

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Vegas for a trade show. I wish it wasn't so pricey so I could stay there when I'm paying the tab...but then I guess it wouldn't be the Four Seasons for long.

Check-in was flawless. A nice touch is when the doorman asks your name and then says welcome back...are they primed to do this each day for returning guests? The front desk was helpful as always...even accommodated me with a room change so I could be close to the elevator...had stomach surgery the day before this trip and didn't feel like walking down those long halls.

I had a view of the LV airport which was just fine. I booked their cheapest rate, I didn't expect a strip view. Due to my surgery-induced laziness, I ordered room service for dinner both nights. The first night was uber-prompt...the 2nd night was not. I had to call down and check on my food. I was told it would be here in five minutes. Ten minutes later the room service manager called and said my food was sent to the wrong room and would be brought up right away. Ten more minutes and I received another call that the food was cold when it was brought to my door so they were re-cooking it...and there'd be no charges for dinner...and they included a couple Coronas and some ice cream.

You definitely don't feel like you're in Vegas at this joint. Especially when it comes time to catch a cab. Most Vegas strip hotels have cabs lined up waiting to go...the Four Seasons rarely had a cab line which meant you had a 10 minute wait or so...but with free cold water bottles.

The Four Seasons just knows how to do it. First class all the way.

“Outstanding in every respect”

My wife and I have just returned from a blissful stay at the LV Four Seasons. We know the hotel well as we were married there 6 years ago and decided to return for an Anniversary visit. The staff exceeded our every expectation.

The stay began with what could have been a bit of a bump, but it was smoothed out so nicely that it actually made the trip even more delightful. We had anticipated an early arrival and had ade arrangements for an early check in. We arrived only to find that one room wasn't vacated, blah, blah, blah...The helpful desk clerk assured me that he would take care of it and took a cell number. Less than 30 minutes later, he called and offered me a suite for my trouble. While I have never had a bad Four Seasons experience, this took the cake...the room was absolutely stunning. Lovely views, spacious, well kept--in short, exactly what expected from this wonderful chain.

Not only did the desk person take care of this, he made arrangements for a cake to be sent up while we were at dinner. What a lovely surprise.

We had two wonderful breakfasts at the hotel--the Veranda--and were delighted. I could have stayed the entire day, just drinking yummy coffee and reading.

The valet staff were top notch--car always ready when we called down and always had water waiting for us.

If given a choice, I don't think that I will ever stay in another hotel in any city, and will certainly NEVER stay in any other hotel in Vegas.

Thanks Four Seasons!!
