I must say I was pleased with the check in service along with the service we received. Our rooms, bed, showers, kitchens were all clean. The view from our baclony on the 29th floor was great we stood in tower # 1. The bellmen were great as well along with the valet guys. The hotel has its own beautiful pool actually 2 pools with palm tress. My buddies and I decided to head to the MGM grand pool which has a lazy river and it was fun. After that we head to the MGM ultra pool which has house music and its for party pool. If you stay that the signature you have free entrance to the ultra pool. Now here is the down fall. My buddie noticed today 2 days after we checked out that there was a $400 charge on her credit card. She called and they ahd told her it was due to room service (which we payed by credit card and cash) when she explanied to them it was paid, they told her the room was unpaid in full (which we paid the full amount in cash at the time of check in). Please be careful with this hotel chargeing unexpected expenses, other than than its a great hotel.

Compared to other Las vegas hotels this is superior. Other reviewers have described the room etc etc so there's no point in me repeating that. The pictures are accurate, lets put it that way. It's extremely nicely decorated. The walkway to MGM itself is short ,only 3 minutes so you don't have to worry about the absence of a casino in sig. It proabably has the best of both worlds. I think that is exactly the reason it rates so highly. The biggest advantage for me was the no hussle for valet parking.

When we arrived in the dark in vegas we followed the sign for sig @mgm. We pulled up in a queue of cars which looked like absolute chaos and i'm not exaggerating and our door was thrown open by some ignorant valet attendant and rushed out of the car. It was mayhem. We were at the wrong place in hindsight. We had no idea this was the wrong place for sig@mgm parking and we were treated so abruptly that we ended up sort of being dragged along with it. Before we realised it our bags were wheeled off (into the wrong hotel)....MGM Grand itself.

The valet guys pretend to be helpful but are useless if you have a problem. When we realised we were at the wrong hotel it took us one hour to get our keys and luggage back from the valet idiots. And thats what they are. I was disgusted at the way it was done. We eventually broke free from this nuthouse and headed to sig@mgm. When we arrived it was peaceful and quiet and everybody was helpful. When we told the guy on the door what happened he actually said oh well at least you have seen what that place is like (meaning lousy).

So that story was to illustrate the difference being sig@mgm and mgm grand itself. Sig@mgm is a superior experience to other hotels for those reasons. Make sure you (ignore the signs) and approach sig@mgm from the side road. Maybe somebody on the forum here can tell you the proper directions. After that inital miserable experience the rest of the stay was great. I preferred it to my other stay in the Venetian later in the week. I was disappointed in the Venetian because i felt like just a number there. The room is nice but the experience is not as pleasant as sig@mgm.

Thanks for reading

“Smoke Free in Las Vegas”

I travel to Las Vegas a few times a year for conventions and trade shows, but still have not gotten used to walking across a smoky casino floor to get to my hotel room. With no casino of its own, and much cleaner air, the Signature feels like the type of modern, business hotel you find in Chicago, Seattle, NY etc. Plus, the connection to the MGM Grand monorail provides access to public transit, much like you'd expect in a typical big city. The link to the MGM is well-designed, with lots of angles and moving sidewalks clearly designed to make the walk feel much shorter than it really is.

Room had a lot of space, an excellent view of the airport, and the pools were good, although only spent about half an hour each at Tower 1's and Tower 2's swimming area. Overall, few places in Vegas are better-suited for the business traveler.

WOW!! What a wonderful oasis in the hussle and bussle that is Vegas.
We loved this hotel. Our 1 bedroom suite was perfection. Front desk upgraded us to penthouse level on arrival, Massive bathrooms, more t.v.'s than you could poke a stick at, high thread count linens, fabulous coffee and gorgeous toiletries, nice balcony and fantastic strip view.
The pool areas were private and mostly quiet.....the iced water, iced hand towels, and regular poolside service was fantastic.
We ate at Delights most mornings and took the food out to the poolside........eating in the glorious sunshine was a real treat.
The staff were very attentive and called us by name after the first encounter......this was very surprising. We cannot speak highly enough of them.
We liked the fact that there were no tourists hanging around. There is a security entry door at the MGM and you cannot get passed unless you have a Sig keycard.
There is a little bit of a walk between the Sig and MGM but it's NOTHING in the scheme of things. If you are feeling particularly lazy then use the moving walkways provided. Vegas is all about walking anyway.
We paid less for this hotel than we would have for a stay in the BIg Blue Hotel in Blackpool!
We are looking now to return next year. We were already booked for Mexico in October before our Vegas trip or we would be going back then. Wish we'd waited now.
Missing Vegas and missing the Sig.

“LOVE love loved it!!! cant wait to go back”

We stayed there on our last night of a 2 week driving vacation with 3 kids under 5. This was our last night on the road and we splurged and it was SOOOOO worth it.

The bed was comfy, the queen sofa sleeper was perfect for our 5 and 3 yr old. The room is huge at about 500 sq ft. The jacuzzi tub is to die for. The service was great and no one seemed annoyed at 3 kids being a little wild after 6 hrs in the car.

We are booking an adult only w/e in Feb and cant wait to go back!!

Service was excellent, we felt very pampered and taken care of.
