I recently stayed 2 nights at the Courtyard for a on site conference.

The entire stay was very good. To begin with, the hotel offers free pick up and drop off from the airport. This was crucial as cab fares are sky high. The staff at the Courtyard is wonderful! My compliments especially to Laurie and Brandon, who were always cheerful and happy to talk. The hotel's shuttle to the strip was great. I was even late one night, called the hotel and they put me though to the van driver, who waited for me!

The beds were super comfortable. The internet is free! The lobby was spacious, comfortable, and had computers and printers right there.

The food was excellent! Breakfast was fantastic!

OK, now for a few minor issues. As noted by other travelers, this hotel is right in the flight path for planes landing at the airport and they land every 2 minutes. The hotel offers earplugs. I requested a ground floor room and told them about what I had read and they gave me a ground floor room. It really didn't help. But for me the noise did not bother me as I was tired every night. What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. :) The hotel is far from the strip. Cab prices range from $25-$60 one way. USE THE VAN. There was not a manager's happy hour and you had to pay for the breakfast, unlike other Courtyards.

All in all this is a very good place to stay.

Stayed for four nights in late January with some business to be done in Henderson.

The Pros:
Location - On the corner of Sunset and Green Valley Pkwy.
Good neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Access to I-215 can be gained from Sunset or Green Valley Pkwy, and the hotel is just a few minutes from the airport and the Strip.
Service - Very friendly and courteous. The desk staff was very helpful with local information and housekeeping did a great job.
The staff at the breakfast buffet was great as well.

Cons:
Room size - Rather small
Pool/Hot Tub - Outdoors and exposed to the elements (I know its Vegas but it still gets cold and windy at times), I prefer an indoor pool/hot tub but thats just me.
Room amenities - No mini-fridge which is very helpful for stays of more than a couple of nights

My overall experience here was very good and I would not hesitate to stay again if I was in the area.

The staff were all very polite and helpful. The facility was very clean, probably the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The breakfast buffet was nice and had a good selection but you did have to pay for it because it didn't come with the price of the room but that was okay, it was nice to have it there in the motel so you didn't have to leave the building to find breakfast, the food and service was excellent. Breakfast was the only time the cafe was open but you could walk to many dining places that were very close. My favorite Joe's Crab Shack was right beside the motel. The shuttle service is the only complaint I have but I understand they have to have a schedule and did appreciate the shuttle service they gave. I would definately stay there again. If you want an extremely clean facility, nice staff and great bed, this is definately the place to stay.

The Courtyard Marriott was clean and nice, and the staff was friendly. The room had one king bed and it was somewhat small, but for one night I had no qualms with it. It's in a good location with plenty of restaurants nearby (try Sammy's Woodfired Pizza). I stayed on the first floor so I didn't hear planes, but I was near the stairs and an exit, so I heard doors open and close all night--it's to be expected if staying near exits. There wasn't a continental breakfast and their buffet seemed a little pricey for breakfast ($9+). Overall, I enjoyed the stay and wouldn't mind staying again.
