If you don't go anywhere else in Nevada, see Carson City.
The Carson Nugget is a local hangout there as a casino.
The whole town is spotlessly clean.
The restaurant in the Nugget is fabulous and cheap eats.
A lot of retirees seem to live here instead of Reno. I can see why. Very small capital city with all the amenities close to Reno and Lake Tahoe without the pricey costs of the Lake or big city feel of Reno.
Lots of casinos with easy access.
