Our dog is a special part of our family. While we normally don't stay at this motel when visiting the cape, we decided to give it a try because we were able to bring our pet. We found the motel adequate. The bathroom was unusally small, including the sink area outside the bathroom area. However, the room was clean and staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate. The continental breakfast was very good too. The pools were very nice, but water of indoor pool could have been warmer. Plenty of area available to walk pets. All in all, our experience was nice, and the fact that we could bring our pet was well worth it.

My family of four stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over the Labor Day Weekend. We paid an average of $100 per night + tax which was a steal for the Cape! The hotel itself was clean, both staff and manager were beyond nice and very helpful! The room was average, CLEAN and everything worked. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Brand new mattresses! I really dont know what the neg. reviews are about. We encountered no problems! The hotel has two pools. The indoor was large and clean, open from 9am-10pm. The outdoor pool was small and closed when it got dark. Considering it was a holiday weekend the Cape was pretty empty. The location is perfect for visiting Hyannis, Dennis, etc. Plenty of activities, food, beaches near by. The hotel had 80% families with small children and yes at times you could hear them in the halls but that didnt bother us. Also the hotel accepts small dogs, again no issue with us. Should we visit S. Yarmouth again this is where we will stay!

This was probably the most disappointing hotel experience that I have ever had. My room had not been cleaned, save for changing the towels and hopefully changing the bedsheets. Examples of the cleanliness problems included an old wedding invitation sitting on an endtable, a used towel laying atop a curtain, a disgusting stain on the toilet seat, and the thermostat remote control being left outside of the cradle that it apparently was not supposed to leave. Some of the staff members were extremely indifferent and lackadaisical. The room was noisy, the bedding was awful, and there were holes in the wall where art once hung. I am trying to get a refund.

We booked our trip 4 months ago and weren't disappointed! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. Excellent location on the Cape, beaches are 5 minutes away by car. The continental breakfast was good and having a fridge in the room sure helps for a family on a budget! Indoor and outdoor pools were great after a day at the beach. Would love to stay there again someday.
