As with most Hampton Inns nowadays, this is a nice place for the price.

What I love about Hampton Inn is that you always know what you're going to get, and it's very nice.

Lately, my biggest issue with Hampton Inn in general, and this one is no exception, is that there aren't enough electrical outlets in the rooms. That is a big issue for me.

For this particular Hampton Inn: One of the lamps in my room didn't work. Also, the computers in the business center both had major issues. One wouldn't connect to the internet at all and the second one kept crashing Internet Explorer.

Other than that, typical Hampton Inn stay, which is nice.

We stayed at the Hampton for 1 night after flying into Atlanta via NYC from the UK, unfortunately none of our luggage had made the connecting flight at Newark.... after a gruelling day of travelling waiting another few hours in the airport for our cases to fly in was not an option, we have two children who needed to sleep. We decided to go to the hotel which is just a 10 minute drive and go back in the morning to get our cases.
While checking in I explained our predicament and the staff produced an overwhelming supply of complimentary toiletries. The room was very clean, lovely comfortable beds etc very quiet location. Breakfast was great, checked out , back to the airport......luggage arrived!
The moral of this story.......always pack a change of clothes in your hand luggage!

We stayed at this Hotel on a 3 day business trip. I did check out the website for the hotel before we got here. Must to my suprise as we entered the Hampton Inn there was the wonderful scent of homemade Otis Spunkmeyer cookies fresh on the greeting desk. As well as another suprise, when we entered our room with a King size bed, I had learned that the website had not be undated. THEY had all new bedding and furniture in the room. The wonderful pillow like white duvet was fluffy and cozy, with new fluffy pillows and all. The bed was very cozy and you could see this room has a new look about it.
Even the bathroom was done over. The shampoos and soaps even has a new design. The shower head had just the right pressure. The room was bright and clean. There was also a coffee maker and hair dryer in the bathroom. I also used the exercise room which had 3 machines (treadmill, bicycle, step machine) towels and water were available right there too. The pool was outside and very clean, but not heated.
The breakfast available is self serve, but plenty to choose from, even decaf teas and coffee. The dining area has a great size plasma TV, which I watched. The area has all the amenities you could possibly need, from Malls to restaurants, ETC. This has been a very pleasent stay and I would highly recommend this location. One thing i did learn, Hampton Inn only bakes cookies Monday thru Friday, that should change. They are wonderful.

We stayed here for two nights having checke out of a nasty downtown hotel. Our first impression whas of how clean, fresh and large the reception area was. It was close to the interstate and opposite Southlake Plaza for great shopping and eating. We also visited the 24 screen cinema there. The room was very clean indeed. The corridors wide and well decorated. The breakfast wasn't great but they took our "walk-in" coupon so we felt it was really good value for money. The pool was very clean and usually quiet. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. I would definately stay here again.
