Beware. This hotel does not have sufficient parking for the number of rooms. If you arrive late and the TINY parking lot is full, they instruct you to PARK ACROSS THE STREET in the parking lot belonging to some restaurants. This is quite inconvenient as it rains EVERY DAY in Tampa.
When confronted with a question of why there is insufficient parking, the GENERAL MANAGER of the hotel had the gall to speak condescendingly to me with "you'll have to understand how airport hotels are." Sadly she did not realize that I had stayed at the Hilton across the street the previous week and they are an airport hotel and had PLENTY OF PARKING.
The lack of parking space aside, the general condescending attitude of the General Manager is just as irritating as the lack of parking space. I'm at the Hilton from now on.
On the hotel side of things, still avoid. There are children EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
