Rented a 2 BR w/ bunk room unit on VRBO and was not disappointed. The property is new and the unit was beautiful. Direct oceanfront balconies and great amenities (pools, hot tubs, etc). Parking is in a 3-level deck under the living floors so there is no long hike to the car. Units start on the fourth floor which is also the pool level, so remember that pool-side unit guests still have to go down a few floors to be at beach level. My only complaint was the view from the lower floors is slightly obstructed due to the pool and parking deck location under and in front of the building. From our fifth floor unit (second living floor), the view of the gulf and pool was great, but you could not see the beach directly in front of the building including the beach chair area. Full beach views likely start around the 7th floor (4th living floor). Aside from this issue, the place is very nice and I would recommend it.

Visit VRBO.com and book a condo in PCB. Visited this property Nov 8-11 and found it to be in great condition, clean and quiet. Our condo was owned privately, however the owner had to book it through Resort Quest. Like any beach front condo in PCB the view, water and beach are outstanding. October-November is the best time to visit PCB because the days are warm and the crowds are gone and the rooms are cheap. Many of the restaurants are closed for the season but there are still plenty to choose from. The pool is not heated but the nearby
hot tub was pretty warm...wish it was a little hotter. No complaints

Sunrise Beach resort is wonderful. If I could I would give it somewhere between an above average and excellent. It is new and clean and has anything you could want. The condo we stayed in was gorgeous and comfortable ([--]).

The only negatives would be the parking garage (very tight) and the pool was not heated. According to the front desk, it is only heated during certain seasons.

We stayed in condo # 608 and rented directly through the owner. It was all wonderful. The condo was very nice. Two families stayed in the three bedroom condo and had plenty of space. Our kids even had plenty of room to play and spread out when they got tired of each others company. The kitchen had everything needed to cook with. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer. The pool was great. The elevators were never slow. Sunrise was really clean. The parking garage was not bad a little tight about getting big SUV'S out but not a problem. I would recommend the Sunrise to anyone it was great.
