I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel.

We booked this hotel in March 2008 with our club intrawest time shares. I had asked for a first floor appartment and I got what I wanted. Appartment was fully equiped, jacuzzi in our bedroom, it was very clean. The proprety was also very clean. The property is very big so when you get to the hotel at night, you might encouter some problems to park the car but there is always a little shuttle or golf karts that are going around to give you a lift to your appartment.

At the hotel, you do have the main pool which is always very busy but there is also another smaller pool where it is more quiet. Both pools have a bar and a restaurant. At the main pool you have a restaurant where you can order pretty much what you want. Next to that pool there is also a market deli. They do have sandwiches, salads, and also they sell whatever you are missing at your appartment.

The smaller pool has also a bar but it closes earlier than the main pool. At that smaller pool you also have an express pizza hut which is also great.

Staff are amazing. We never missed on anything.

Accross the street from the hotel you have publix if you want to do some groceries. There is also a drugstore.

Accross the street you will also find other restaurant such as: Subway, The outback, McDonald, Mexican restaurant.

Next door to the hotel you have the premium outlet. Great place also to do some shopping.

We were staying in block 5 room 5109. We were really located infront of the smaller pool and since I like more the quietness, I really enjoyed that part..

We were with 2 teens so if they felt like going to the bigger pool area they could do so on their own easily.

It is a very safe place. Security and staff are all over the grounds day and night.

Seaworld is 1/8 mile from the Hilton. Waltdisney is 5 miles from the Hilton approxi..

So great place to be..

We were contacted this winter by HGVC and offered a preview promotion. We frequently stay at Hilton properties, but are not club members. When we arrived, we were greeted at the gate by the guard like we were arriving dignitaries and the same way at the front door. We were led to the check-in desk, where everything was as smooth as silk. We were on time for check-in...exactly 4pm. I expected a line, but there was none. We were directed to our suite...a 2 bedroom lock-off. I didn't understand the concept at the time of booking, but it is a 1 bedroom suite attached to a studio. This was slightly difficult for us as we have children of the opposite sex. Our daughter got the studio and our son slept on a pull out sofa in our room. Not great, but no complaints. My husband and I lacked some privacy, sharing a bathroom with our son, but it's not like we don't share at home. They do have conventional 2 BR condos on site, but none were available at the time. No big deal for us. HGVC leaves nothing to chance, every detail is covered. Kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc. The only thing missing during our stay was salt and pepper. Shakers in the units would be a nice touch. The only other suggestion I would have for the resort is placing a small teak bench in the master bedroom shower. It is massive, but there is nowhere for a lady to place her foot during shaving...a critical need for swimsuit weather! The grounds, furnishings and buildings were immaculate. Housekeeping was excellent, the room beautifully reset each time we left. Our only issue was that they only left decaf coffee for us, even after we left notes requesting regular. After speaking with some of the staff, it became apparent that English was not their primary language, so our notes may not have been understood. Certainly we could have gone to the front desk if it really bothered us, but it didn't. EVERY staff member we happened across welcomed us to their resort and asked us to enjoy our stay. The pools were very nice, complete with hot tubs. There were always plenty of towels available, even for a late night swim after returning from the park. I read on this site about the construction going on behind the resort, but it was never a problem for us. In fact, it was a bonus because we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets from the screened porch. The picture is blurry because of the screen, but you'll get the idea. We attended the required presentation, which was done very well by Sean. It felt somewhat like a car dealership, but not too much pressure. I wish we had this information 10 years ago, as Hilton's point system is far superior to the traditional time-share week system. If gas and heating oil prices weren't looming this winter...(we live in the Northeast)...we would have jumped onboard. Don't say no if they give you a call...well worth the trip!

“Excellent: great location and amenities”

I own a HGVC timeshare, and used my "points" to stay here for 6 days in a 2-bedroom suite with a full kitchen. Great location close to Disney and across the street from Seaworld, and the amenities were excellent.

The master bedroom was very large with a separate area for an in-room jacuzi and a separate bathroom (with his-and-hers sinks). The second bedroom was smaller, but still had room for a full-sized bed for two and a couch and pullout couch. The living room was large. Each bedroom had a balcony with a small table.

Disney property was 15 minutes away by car. Seaworld is just a long walk away.

Our building (#10, Warwick) was recently refurbished, and cleanliness was A+. We just made breakfast in the kitchen, but it was very handy.

The central main pool area was very lively, even at night. The poolside bar was nicely situated and appreciated. There was a smaller satelite pool behind our buidling which was nice for adults -- but kids may want to go to the main pool because of the activities and other kids.

If you're looking for accomodations that are more similar to a furnished condo than a hotel, than this is a great place to stay.

“Beautiful Location”

We stayed at the Hilton for two weeks and can recommend the resort. We were fortunate to have a room in block two, top floor, with a lovely view over the lake and fountains. It was wonderful to watch the turtles and ducks swimming below while having breakfast. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The resort is well placed for access to Walt Disney World and many restaurants ...particularly liked 'The Outback' across the road, and 'Bahama Breeze' at the end of Vineland. Although we had a hire car, we enjoyed taking the I - Ride bus from the stop nearby to International Drive ...a frequent service and cheap fare!

We were not interested in the entertainment programme, and were thankful that we were not in building one near the bar and main pool area as it was extremely noisy. We also felt sorry for the guests in buildings four and five which overlooked the smaller pool. Loud music, noisy games and strong smells from the pizza take-away did not create a relaxing atmosphere .. not what you would expect from a resort of this standard!!
There seemed no problem with noise from the Premium Outlet next door to the resort, a problem identified in previous reviews.

If we go back to Orlando, we would be very happy to go back to this resort, as long as we the opportunity to choose our apartment

“Top class Hilton.”

My family and I Stayed at the hilton on 2 June for 11 nights.Booked through Hotelopia.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the resort. We have stayed at the resort before and requested an apartment in blocks 1-4,on arrival we were given a 1 bed in block 2. perfect.

The rooms are huge and contain every facility needed for a family holiday. The kids especially loved the jacuzzi that comfortably fitted all 4 of us.

The location is perfect IF you hire a car,a short drive to disney and seaworld and universal is easily accessible along i4.

A large shopping mall with designer stores is next door and a large supermaket, publix, is opposite.

The pool is massive and clean with a waterfall. Ideal if you want a break from the parks.

The hotel runs an activity program for adults and kids including a 'dive in movie' twice a week.

We had no problems from check in to check out and the staff, bar none were among the friendliest and most accomodating that we have encountered.

We will definately return when we visit orlando in the future.
