Myself,husband and 3 yr old stayed in this hotel on June 11th 2008 and had a fantastic time.
The hotel is part of the Marriott Village in Lake Buena Vista and you have use of the ther hotels facilities the Courtyard and the Springhill Suites, we used the pool in the courtyard which had a lovely shallow area for our 3yr old and also an indoor pool and jacuzzi which is great if the rain comes.
The free bus to the 4 Disney park was a bonus but a little tip you have to remember to get tickets for the bus every morning or the night before for the day you want to go to one of the disney parks, they can arrange (at a cost) buses to the disney water parks ad also universal, sea world etc...
The free continental breakfast that they offer is a god way to start the day they have cereals,toast,bagels,muffins,fruit,yogurt you can also make your own waffels. Juice,coffee and tea (tetley tea bags) everything is served with plastic cutlery and polysterne plates and bowls but it doesnt matter.

The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels etc.. 2 comfortable double beds,mini fridge.
Staff very friendly and helpful they have internet access at all 3 hotels.
The hotel does become quite busy with groups of schoolchildren that seem to be on sports trips, but it didnt cause any reason to complain. One little tip I would say is to get down for breakfast before 8am if possible.
I would not hesitate i recommending this hotel to anyone.

We stayed ( 2 adults + 5yr + 7yr) 2 weeks here from 14th to 29th June. The hotel is spotless, rooms are spacious enough not too feel cramped .wifes only complaint about the room, was that there were not enough drawers for the clothes.
Our room faced I4 interstate but we never heard it , so the soundproofing is good. Only noise we heard was other guests in the corridors.

Adequate buffet breakfast, not a fantastic selection, but enough to get you started for the day.
The kids loved the hotel pool and it was never too crowded.
The staff were friendy and very helpful.

Its location is great for Disney. 5mins drive from Downtown Disney, 10 mins from the parks. There are 5 restaurants within 5 minutes walk and plenty more a 5 minute drive away.

A great family hotel if you are visiting Disney or Universal studios

Booked my family's annual Disney trip through AAA.com. Got an incredible deal for the 7 nights, June 14-23. Best deal in all the 8 years we have been traveling to Disney. The room seemed a bit small at first, but it worked out fine for the 4 of us. The hotel staff was wonderful. People always greeting you with Hello or Good Morning. The beds were very soft with supportive pillows. Airconditioning was fine. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. Our room was a connecting room and often heard people on other side of the door. Was not a welcomed sound at 2 AM when they woke us up. But luckily for us, they checked out the next day. Only real problem was with the many camps that use the hotel. Children are running wild all over the hotel and all times of the night. We were in the pool one evening and had to get out as 40 or 50 kids came jumping in. I asked about the noise at the front desk, and they told me they put the kids in rooms all over the hotel rather than one wing. I would think it would be better if they were all grouped together in one wing away from people who are trying to get some sleep. I was told they get quite a few youth groups at the hotel. Breakfast was in a large room and we had no problems finding a place to sit as long as we went to breakfast at 7:15AM. One morning we arrived at 8:15 AM and there was no place to sit. My family had to stand and eat that morning. Breakfast was very basic: cereal, muffins, plain bagels, banana, toast, several waffle makers that always had lines, OJ, apple juice, coffee every day. Booking our hotel through AAA entitled us complimentary bus transportation to the Disney parks. Bus ticket says it is worth $7.00 each person round trip. The Mears buses were prompt and never crowded like the Disney buses. All in all we would recommend this hotel because of the price. Pool life was not that great, breakfast was not that great, and noise from campers was not a plus.

This hotel was nice and clean with comfortable bed linens and a beautiful pool area. The staff was very friendly. The location could not have been better. It was a convenient drive to Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. This is a great hotel for kids. I would definitely stay here again.
