Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed here for 6 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The location of this hotel is excellent since it is within close proximity to the entrance to Walt Disney World and the hotel is close to many nice restaurants.

The hotel management is very responsive and friendly. The morning breakfast is excellent.

We felt this hotel was an outstanding choice after checking on several nearby hotels and comparing rates and amenities.

We would stay here again. We recommend this hotel to others if rates and location are considerations.

We recently stayed at the Quality Suites in Lake Buena Vista. The location was unbeatable, very convenient to Downtown Disney, restaurants, Sea World and the water parks we visited. Our room was cleaned well each day. The breakfast area is large with many tables, wasn't crowded any of the mornings we were there. Staff was pleasant and friendly, food was fine, something for everyone. Traffic was no problem any time we came or left the hotel. We felt very safe, the area felt very quiet compared to hotels we've stayed at in Kissimmee. We are not overly picky people and have stayed at many hotels in the Orlando area and we were happy with our stay at this hotel. For the money, it's a comfortable, convenient location for a busy family leaving early in the morning and coming back late at night.

I stay at the Quality Suites everytime I go to Orlando its all most like a hidden Gem. It was very clean and the rooms are awesome. They also have a living room and a little kitchen. It is 5 mins away from Downtown Disney and all the theme parks. They have a great breakfast in the morning before you get started with the theme parks.

The last time that we stayed there Dan Marino was there so that tells you that it has to be decent to have an NFL champ like himself. I would stay there anytime I am in Orlando its the best!!!!

The Quality Suites is a very nice property. Our only complaint was the firm or should I say hard mattresses. My husband and I did not sleep well the 2 nights we were there. I asked at the front desk if all their mattresses were the same and was told they were. The front desk told us we could call housekeeping and see if they had some sort of covering/ blanket they could put on the bed. We were told to call housekeeping after 9:00 am but that was too late since we had plans to meet up with some friends. If you don't have problems sleeping on uncomfortable mattresses I would recommend this hotel. The place is clean and the continental breakfast in the am was good. I would hope that some time in the future the owners would think about better mattresses, because when you walking around all day you look forward to a good nights sleep.
