Im a flight attendant and i stay in hotels about 4 - 5 nights a week. This is THE WORST EVER for service. The room was large and the view was awesome . HOWEVER The staff we found were rude, ignored you to your face (MORE THAN ONCE!) The lounge horrible, and the bar outside is a joke. Restaurant was nothing more than nasty. our water was off for an entire day, room had ants. Its pretty bad when spring break students cant wait to leave the hotel!!!

I've just returned from a extremely bad experience at this hotel.
The smell of the room was disgusting. They put a kind of strong parfum in the room in order to substitute the cigarette and others smells. My friend and I got sick because of it. We asked the front desk to open the windows (2), and he told us that the windows are made on a way that it's impossible to open.
The room was dirty, the bed even worst. The hotel is old, and the staff do nothing in order to make it better.
We slept over the blanket, wearing our clothes, and with stomach sickness. Left very soon on the morning after. Just awful.

If you must stay in this hotel ONLY get a room with a balcony (there are only 20) and expect to sleep very little with noise from nearby rooms. Smoking is mandatory within the hotel--apparently--and the rooms are pretty dirty. Great location to very small beach (LBI-like) with weird access. No sign of fitness center. Freezing cold pool. Hot tub is a petri dish! Nearby hiking trails house lots of shady characters and beer bottles.

We traveled with a toddler and are in our late 30's--we make too much money to have stayed there but oh well. Live and learn!

This hotel reminds me of $5 cheap hotels in South America. The service is awful the rooms are dirty. The walls are paper thin. You won't get any sleep. Worst part is the service. And of course you can't take a shower because the water is hot and cold until you get burned. Basically, either way you will get burnt!!!
