My girlfriend and I stayed three nights at the Key West Bed and Breakfast (Popular House) and could not have been happier. The staff was amazing (especially Liz), the breakfast was great, the house was very cool, and everyone was extremely accommodating. We already miss Key West and the Popular House and would not consider staying anywhere else for future trips. We can't really say anything less than amazing things about this place.

Outstanding value for Key West. Nice room, quiet location yet only a few short blocks from Duval and the waterfront. Greeted by friendly ladies and friendly dogs. We were very happy there.

This was our 2nd time in Key West...and our 2nd time staying at this B&B. Believe us when we tell you...it is the most FANTABULOUS place in the Keys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staying there is JUST like staying at home...but even BETTER!

The rooms & ambiance...to die for....the owners/employees...good people!....the breakfast spread...too decadent & delicious for words...I could go on and on!

This time we took friends with us b/c we wanted to share the experience of this place with b/c it really is TOO fantastic to just TELL about. They have been raving about The Popular House ever since we got back!

If you are traveling to the Keys and want a great room, for a great price, with exceptionally lovely (and FUN) owners, this is your place! I almost hate to see it become so popular b/c we don't want it to be booked when we want to visit again...BUT it's not a suprise as to why it is!

When we come to Key West (which is now a tradition) we will NEVER EVER EVER stay anywhere else!

There's probably not enough room to write how great the Key West Bed & Breakfast was for our honeymoon. Located just a couple of blocks from Duval Street and the marina in Old Town, the Popular House is convenient, beautiful and comfortable.

Because of travel difficulties, the management graciously made arrangements for us to check in the morning after we arrived late. We were blown away by the amazing interior design, filled with color and adorned with artwork. Our third floor room was well-prepared, private and instantly comfortable, with a window overlooking William Street. Our room was promptly maintained throughout the week, with fresh towels and linens in place by mid-day each day.

Check-in was a breeze; owner Jody Carlson and manager Liz gave us a Key West primer, showing us what to see, where to eat and how to get there. They also showed us around the excellent, secluded back deck with tables and chairs and a jacuzzi tub for cooling off.

Each morning, the staff prepares a breakfast spread of fresh fruits, bagels, toast and coffee, all of which is top notch. There's no reason to venture out in the morning, because you can't beat this breakfast!

This was our first trip to Key West and first experience together in a bed and breakfast. The Popular House helped make our honeymoon incredible. It reflects the eclectic, relaxed culture of the island and the staff is all about customer service. We didn't want our trip to end and are already planning our next trip south. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else but the Key West Bed & Breakfast.
