We stayed in the Aria suite for a couple of nights after our wedding.

The unit is very neat and interesting. It is very tastefully furnished however we did find some cons Keep in mind that we are both tall (5’11”):

-Room has angled walls so it was hard sometimes for us to not hit our heads.
-Difficult to shower – we hit our heads several times and had to hunch over to shower because there was an intrusion of the wall which angled into the shower.
-Angled wall in the bathroom over basin – when we brushed our teeth or washed our faces, hands; we had to be careful to hunch over or else we would hit our heads.
-bathroom door does not close or latch shut. There is no frame for a door to close shut, there is only a pseudo door. You will find your mirror on this door, not above the sink.
-Stair case to suite is very narrow and round. Don’t expect to bring big pieces of luggage up these stairs without difficulty.

The room is a neat concept however it’s probably not ideal for tall people. We had sore backs after a couple of days from hunching around the unit. The only place would could stand normally was in the middle of the room where the ceiling was at it’s highest.

We also enjoyed the Aveda products that were provided as the toiletries as well as the plush towels. Breakfast in the morning was very enjoyable and service was great!

We would stay here again but not in the Aria suite as the property is quiet and the customers who stay here do not seem to the be the partying types.

There was a pool on site that we did not have the chance to use due to lack of time but it looked wonderful!

After reading the reviews on trip advisor both me and partner where very eager to stay here.

Our stay was OK, after visiting Key West many times over the last couple of years I wouldn't say it’s the best In Key west, but definitely above average.

I really wanted to wind down at the Azuls' and chill out around the pool, but I could never could really relax, there's something just missing at the Azuls, I cant but my finger on it …

My husband and I stayed at the Azul for a long weekend for our anniversary. Dominic greeted us and we were allowed to check in early. He gave us a list of restaurants and would make the reservations if we wanted. The Azul was quiet, clean, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Sophia was with us for the weekend and cuoldn't be nicer. Breakfast was great. The hotel is on a busy street for cars but you wuold never know. Walking and biking distance to all.

We chose to stay at Azul Key West based entirely on the reviews here in TripAdvisor ... we hoped it would be as good as you said - but it proved to be better than we were expecting - from the moment we arrived to our departure 48 hours later.

We arrived early at Azul where we met up with Dominic the Owner and all-round expert on Key west. After checking in and getting briefed up on the "best" restaurants around the town from Dominic it was off to the rooms ... we had one pool-side and one upstairs over looking the pool. Both these rooms were in a very nicely constructed annexe that seamlessly joined up with the main house ... nothing looked out of place or added on.

The rooms were excellent and just as we had imagined from the reviews. The location turned out to be excellent too. Three short blocks from Duval (with ample off-street car parking) and a comfortable walk to either Mallory Square or Southernmost Point and all places inbetween.

Dominic provides a superb healthy breakfast (various cereals, yoghurts and loads of fruits)... all nicely laid out in the "dining room" ... you help yourself to as much as you like and eat on the deck.

We took further guidance from Dominic and enjoyed the ride on the Conche Train (expensive but very worthwhile) and dinner at Blue Heaven (highly recommended).

This was our second trip to Key West ... and by far the best ... and our stay at Azul and the service provided by Dominic and his team were a key part of this.

We will be going back ourselves and have no hesitation in reccommending it to you.
