We stayed 5 nights in one of the poolside rooms which was very nice and convenient since our door opened up right infront of one of the pools. We were also traveling with our three little dogs who got lots of attention from everyone , including other guests staying at the guest house. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay an extra night and were able to experience the tree top unit for the last night and boy was it a treat! Everything was so immaculate and the staff was one of the most friendliest I have experienced. Ben was great, from the booking of our room, to the extending us for the extra night, and helping with dining suggestions and reservations. The breakfast was unbelievable. My favorite was the fresh fruit and yogurt, but they also had scrambled eggs, sausage and bisquits, bagels and fresh pastries and muffins and of course juices, cereal, and coffee. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the beautiful enviroment and our dogs enjoyed lounging around in their taxi float! We can't wait to return. Bravo to Abrosia House for knowing what a real B&B is all about!!!

When you go to a place like Key West, you only hope to stay at a place like this. Only a few blocks away from Duval Street, this home turned B&B is tucked away on a quiet block, consisting of two properties. The main facilities house the pool and other amenities while our room was across the street- the Sailfish Room. Quaint, comfortable, and quiet, the perfect place for lazy afternoons or a base to explore the touristy side of Key West. This was our first trip to the Keys and you can bet when we go back, we will be staying here again! Thank you.

We were doing a motorcycle trip from TN to the Keys and back. The Ambrosia was a welcome relief even if only for one night! The bed was a lifesaver. The porch was a wonderful way to relax and the location close enough to walk everywhere. We would seek out the location again.

We just returned from our 10 day wedding/honeymoon in Key West and had a wonderful stay in the Jungle room at the Ambrosia. It was perfect!!! We were in the "older" part, but felt so secluded (in a good way) we felt we had the whole area to ourselves! The room was fantasic! We felt like we walked into our own little safari! The bathroom and enormous shower were AWESOME! Our room faced the back of the house and the french doors lead out to a patio area with table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs, a step down to the left was a large hot tub (although with the HOT weather we had during our stay we only stepped in for maybe 10 seconds at most... but still... it was cool to have it right there) and an outside shower. This was all common area for all guests but in 10 days we only saw people there once! We had to walk across the street for breakfast... but that was no problem at all. Breakfast was great! We had a wonderful stay and plan a return trip!
