Stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Room was nice but other than that it was okay. The staff was average and the pool was average. Parking was an issue if you have a boat. One nice thing is there was a complimentary continental breakfast.

As soon as we got to the hotel they welcomed us with cookies and lemonade. Breakfast was included in our rateam and included bagels, different types of breads,yogurts, different types of cereals, fruits, etc.

The pool was excellent, big enough, and very attractive for kids.

The rooms were very clean, just painted. The bathroom very clean and comfortable.

This was a wonderful hotel. Very near from Publix, and walking distance from checkers if you want to grab a quick night snack.

Hightly recommend it for families.

We stayed in Key West during the July long weekend. We were at the Fairfield Inn for 2 nights. Our room was spacious for 2 girls and the extra sink outside of the bathroom came in handy. The room was very clean and well decorated. The pool was an asset, as it was extremely HOT, and it was nice to have a big pool with plenty of space for many people to swim in. The service at the hotel was wonderful. We were greeted with friendly smiles and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast had many options, yogurt, hand fruit, bagels, english muffins, Egg McMuffins, Coffee/Tea/Juices, cereals, enough for anyone to feel satisfied. Free parking was great! Location is ok if you have a car or scooter...definitely need transportation to get down to Duval Street where all the shopping and restaurants are located. I would recommend this hotel to anyone stayin in Key West, and would go back again. The price is more than it should be for they category of hotel, we paid $179/night, and I think it was more in the $139/night category....but it's a tourist destination and that is to be expected.

My Husband and I stayed four nights at this hotel and we were so impressed with the beauty and elegance of this hotel. It was like staying at our own little beach cottage. You can tell that the hotel has undergone a complete remodeling because it was new and fresh and very classy. One of the things we were not thrilled about is that when they say it is a non-smoking hotel, it does not just mean no smoking inside. You cannot smoke anywhere on the property which was a bit of an inconvenience to us smokers. However, it was not so bad that we would not go back because we would. The only thing I would warn travelers about is the cost of food in Key West. Dinners are OUTRAGEOUS everywhere you go!! Whatever money you plan on bringing for food...DOUBLE IT!! Because you can't eat chep in Key west! We had a great trip and a great time and the hotel and the staff at the hotel were great!!
