This place was GREAT.
We had an easy time finding the place because its only 1/2 block off of duval street near Mallory Square. Check in went really well....we arrived around 2 pm and checked in and was in our room in less than 10 minutes after arriving. The offic is in the main house where you might find information about anything that you might need including resturants, attractions, and activities.

Our beds were made everyday for us without even requesting that this should be done/ Maid service was A++++.

There was a free happy hour last 2 hours from 5-7. They had all kinds of liquor to mix your own drinks as well as beer on tap. There was a piano players every night and it was nice to sit by the pool and have a drink and just take in the Key West charm.

Every morning there was an awesome breakfast. Now I usually dont eat breakfast I skip it but I could not pass....something different every day with fresh fruit and a made to order omlet bar kind of thing. IT WAS GREAT.

This is a very private place. past 8 pm your room keey opens any of the gates that surround the property so that it insures that only guest are allowed into the property.

We go to Key West about once a year sometimes every other year and have stayed at different places everytime.....this will be where we stay from now on. The staff was very friendly and helpful in any request that you might have.

Strengths- Judy is a well informed and helpful staff member and concierge. Full breakfast with eggs to order from 8 to 10 am may be one reason to choose this pricier B&B. Excellent hordervs with beer, wine and mixed drinks from 5-7 pm is possibly a second reason to select this B&B. There is plenty of good info from the staff for the first time Key West visitor about where to eat and sites to visit. Free on-site parking is a nice amenity, and a third reason that one might want to stay at this B&B versus one that is cheaper but farther away from Mallory Square. There are plenty of antiques and history about the house for history enthusiasts. One computer with internet access is a plus.

Weaknesses- pillows seem stiff, but we noted this in an earlier feedback message and brought our own. Leaf blowers nearby at 6 am in the morning woke me up despite a loud air conditioner. Pool is a nice place to cool off, but it's too small to swim laps.

Overall, a pricey B&B but the location next to Duval Street, free on-site parking, free full breakfast, free cocktails, and helpful staff offset our cost. AAA rated this B&B at 3 diamonds in 2007, and I'd agree that we received a 3 out of 5 value with the Curry Mansion B&B.

The Curry Mansion Inn is in the ideal location...right off Duval street and blocks from Mallory square where everyone goes to watch the sunsets. We loved out stay at the Curry Mansion.....the free breakfast from 8-10 was tasty! and the free happy hour from 5-7 was even better! there also was a piano player to add to the charm of the Inn. Check in was easy and personnel were helpful and friendly. Most definitely would stay there again. We had a pool side room which I would request on our next trip to Key West. There are 22 rooms total with some across the street and also in the House itself. The only minor drawback is if you are a light sleeper the noise from Duval street might wake you up.
Charming place to stay !!

We spent 3 days at the Curry Mansion. The location cannot be beat. It is a little pricey, but add in the made to order breakfast and 2 hour cocktails each night its not bad. We looked at a number of Inns and B&B before a cruise then visited our 5 top choices during the cruise. We selected this place for location, friendly staff and cleanliness of rooms. We were very happy with the 3 days we stayed there. Everything is within walking distance of the Inn.
