For the price, one really can't complain. The room was decent. Four single girls staying two nights. Fairly clean. The carpet DID leave our feet black as many complained about - but such is life in a cheap spot. Pool was nice. Bar was adequate. Staff was awful - not friendly. You had to leave the room to come get anything you needed - i.e. blankets - IF they had them. The weekend we were there the whole place was booked so few items were available. The hotel is a short cab ride from Duval Street. Near a Publix, etc. Room didn't smell moldy or smoky. A/C worked fine and shower,etc were clean. No "Do Not Disturb" sign - so the maids came in while we were gone. We didn't want that but can't complain - they did their job. All in all, it did the job. Heard a rumor that the place will be torn down this year anyway. If your only sleeping there and you'll be out all day and busy - this is the place to stay while on a budget that won't make your skin crawl.

it was the most dirtiest hotel we ever stayed, it smelled,and it was outrages expensive for the room, tub backed up stayed up to my ankles in water toilet did not flush right no fan in bathroom, had company from europe with us never was so ashamed that we took them to a place like this, we will never stay at a radisson again

This hotel is not at all what I expected. It is far from the town of Key West. The locations is not attractive. The hotel looks fine at first glance- the sign and the lobby look normal. The elevator is old and stained and disgusting. The rooms are worse. Stained, cottage cheese ceilings. It was like a Motel 6. I would never stay here again. It is worth an extra $50 or $75 to stay somewhere nicer. My reccomendation is to stay in a cute bed and breakfast in the town of Key West.

We got in late and it seemed the only thing the reception desk cared about was getting us signed up for the 90 minute time share sales pitch. Not what tired worn out traveleres need to hear when they arrive! I tried to be nice about it but the guy just kept pushing the time share and when we said we were not interested they lost any interest in us as well. The room sucked and was very noisey all night long. I went out at 3:00 AM to ask the people that were screaming on the balcony to quiet down and they ignored me about the same as the desk people. We stayed at the Radission because it was said to be away from the party crowd and was supposed to be quiet! My wife and I travel a lot and usually use the Raddison but that will change now! It was really bad! We got the room just outside the elavator and it was just as the reviews said, noise and banging all night long along with the screaming and loud talking. The pool looked nice but after the horrible night we just got the Hell out of there! We checked out another Hotel that a family member stayed at a few nights before and would recommend checking out the Southermost House instead of the Raddison. The price is comparable the rooms are nicer, and it is within walking distance of the nice area of Key West.
