Considering the level of service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the excellent service, this Travelodge was a bargain at the $70+ per night we paid to stay there. It was also convenient to the Everglades, Coral Castle, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, the race track, and a few reasonably priced and quite good restaurants where the manager-par-excellence Sunny Patel, sent us. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is a savings in itself and it is not your standard sub-par Continetal. Finally, stop at "Robert is Here" for our favorite desert, a fruit shake that comes in about 30 variations.

We stayed there for 14 days, waiting to get an apartment. Breakfast was great, rooms very clean and well maintained. Staff super helpful, nothing too much trouble. Pool and grounds are kept beautiful at all times.

We stayed two nights at the Travelodge, Florida City, and it's a great place for the price. The room was large and clean. The pool was very nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.The property is attractive and well maintained, and is a great location if you are visiting The Everglades. We would definetly stay there again......The Kennedys.....Montgomery,Il.

We are a couple from Holland vacationing in Florida. We contacted the hotel and recieved a very friendly welcome, great help in finding restaurants, good tips and generally a "coming home" sensation. The breakfasts were copious and everything was immediately replenished when necessary. The breakfast room itself was too small, so no surprise they have started to construct the expansion.
We had some problems with our AC and just ten minutes after reporting this to the manager on duty, two guys came to the room to replace the complete AC-unit ! This worked well and we slept like babies. Nice pool. Clean rooms and generally a place I would recommend to my friends !
