My husband and I were walk in customers. we were greeted by a friendly, competent desk clerk. we stayed 5 nights.
Our room was very large and perfectly clean. Housekeeping personnel were friendly.
Our only complaint was that there was no balcony, but our ocean front room had a huge window covering the whole ocean view end of the room. We would gladly stay there again

I stayed only for one night in a suite at the 9nt floor. Check in was fast, courteous and helpfull. View was beautiful and the room was nice and clean for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was great and included. My only deception was the soundproofing. Our room neighbors was noisy (I assumed they're teenagers on spring break...) but somebody advised them at 23h15, so they stopped.... until 3h am! And woke me up. But the problem was fix again by the head porter.
The pool was too cold for a heat pool, but the beach was very nice. Overall I enjoy my stay and recommend this hotel.

We booked into the Oceanside Inn for 3 nights but left in the morning. The staff offered for us to stay in another room but we opted to find something that did not have ants crawling on the food that was on the floor. It was not super cheap at close to 200 a night (Spring Break) and if there was zero's in the ratings that is what I would give. Our daughter lost part of her toy and when looking under the bed for it we found popcorn, cheerios, grapes, gummie bears and ants crawling on peanuts. Food also on the window ledges, and throughout the room. The staff did not argue when we cancelled the following two nights and left. The website makes it look A LOT better than it is. Must be original photos from many years ago or the webmaster deserves a gold medal for making their site look so good! Did not want to eat breakfast after seeing the bugs in our room. Could not see much out of the windows as it did not look like they had been washed in quite a while. Also I agree with the smell in the outdated lobby. Will never stay there again!

Ok. My girlfriend and I are under 21 years old so it is very difficult for us to get a hotel room due to other people my age going to a nice hotel and distroying and disturbing everyone there. So, we booked the Oceanside Inn because we could check in there. The hotel is pretty gloomy when you first pull up to it. The lobby is pretty nice but had some sort of smell. The staff there was nice. We had a problem at booking where they told us we did not pay the taxes on the hotel and the we owed $200. The problem was fixed immediately. The room itself was pretty large and the bed was comfortable. The TV had full cable, not the normal 7 channels you usually get in a hotel. The free breakfast was substantial and some bit edible. The main problem in this place is housekeeping and construction. Housekeeping is REQUIRED to clean your room every day at about 8 am. Now, this is fine if you eat breakfast, but some days we wanted to sleep in. You cant just tell them to leave, you have to open the door, and sign a paper saying that you didnt want your room cleaned. We had 3 housekeepers and only one was great, with a great attitude, so SHE got a great tip at the end of the week. The hotel is remodeling the 7th floor. Gets noisy early. But honestly, for a pretty cheap hotel on the beach, it was a good stay.
