Thank you for your response. It is most important to hear our guest views went ever possible, be it positive and most importantly those negative view points. At times negative view points don't get aknowledged and we as managers are not able to respond of fix problems.
We have been under renovation since March of this year. All our guest room balconeys have been remodeled along with our second and third floor guest corridors. The parking lot has been resurfaced and we remodeled our lounge by adding seven new television monitors and furniture. These projects along with many others are scheduled to be completed by mid June. We are truly sorry you have experienced the inconviences of our renovation projects. We trust that these projects will enhance our hotel to those future travelers.
