We only stayed at, palm mountain resort and spa for a full weekend. It was the most relaxing exsperice that i have had in a long time, so quiet and romantic. The staff was so professional i was amazed that the quality was awsome. You gotta stay.

The reception was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Our room was very spacious and well kept.It was a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. It was very noisy throughout the day and into late evening. We enjoyed our stay,and walked everywhere,it is the perfect setting,very central. Overall,it was defininetely worth it.

Overall, this hotel is in a great position, and is safe with good security.
Its a short walk to all the bars and restaurants and star bucks is just around the corner.
The pool is a good size and grounds are well maintained, and great value we paid $99 per night.

I have stayed here on numourous times and will definitely be staying this year in 2008.

I think yes some of the rooms need an up grade.

This hotel hit us with an $8.00 per day "resort fee" when we checked in that was not disclosed on the website or when we called. While the location and pool area are nice, our bed was uncomfortable and the room felt old and unkept. I understand some of the hotel is better than the part we stayed in.
