The only good thing about this hotel was the location. There was trash in our room. The TV did not get ABC--during the NBA finals--the rooms are small and dated. The airconditioner is the kind in Motel 6 and it was all rusted. There was ice on only two floors. The staff was slow to respond, but in the end the General Mangaer was helpful.

Everything from the people at the front desk to the rooms is awful! I stayed in the second nicest room the place has and I was in shock at how terrible the arrangements were. If it was this bad in the Governer's Suite, I can't imagine what a normal room is like. This was my first and last stay at the radisson. They lost several of my parties reservtions and they double billed me for my rooms. The showers had two settings, scalding and BURNING! My bathroom door would not close and I had to get a couch replaced in my parlor. The air barely kept you from sweating, there is no ice machine on my floor and keep in mind, THIS WAS THEIR GOVERNOR"S SUITE!! The only reason this place can stay open is their location to downtown. Please give someone else your business. This place does not deserve it. I figure the couple of high ratings I saw on this site were owners/managers of the Radisson. I have not talked to a single person that thought this place was even average.

I will say that the repair men and food staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk...however...was unhelpful and rude.

This hotel is close to the University of Arkansas campus and the heart of Fayatteville, which is surprisingly charming and fun! The staff at the Radisson were helpful, friendly and courteous, which was a breath of fresh air after a tough day of airport delays. The hotel is only blocks away from the cute shops, resturants, bars and churches of Dickson Street. We enjoyed our stay here and the hotel was comfortable and clean...even if the cleaning staff were a little slow (our room was still not cleaned at 4pm on Sat). Defintely the best hotel in town for your money.

I was attending a college funcion at the Radisson with my daughter. Where do I start?.....
1. We waited in line for 2 hours (I kid you not) to check into our room (200 people at event, 2 clerks checking us in).
2. There was no one to help us with luggage.
3. The phone in my room did not work.
4. The four pieces of workout equipment in the "exercise room" did not work correctly.
5. My TV did not change channels correctly.
6. The bathroom was in bad shape.
7. The complementary coffee downstairs ran dry at 8am and was never refilled.

I was very disappointed with my stay.
