The Border House as most all condo style properties that provide kitchen facilities do require that dish's be washed. At no time do you have to clean your own room. The heater was working fine when this guest checked in, only after they changed the settings on the heat were they not able to heat the room properly and when they did call to report the problem we went to the property with in 10 minutes and reprogrammed the heat and had it working properly in a couple of minutes. In five years of owning this property we have never had a complaint from a guest that they ran out of hot water, however we have already installed a new water heater with a larger capacity.
