We do go to Cucina Rustica every time we visit Sedona (about once a month). Regarding the prices: I guess to us they are not outrageous because we do what we always do at restaurants--we both have the salad (house salad is excellent); split the entree (chef does this & adds extra vegetables & roasted potatoes or whatever is included with the meal for no extra charge); also, fill ourselves up with the excellent bread & dipping oil.

Husband's only complaint: They don't have Corona beer! I always get a couple glasses of wine & we still do fine in regards to price with splitting.

We were highly dissapointed in this restaurant. First we were placed at a table in a room where a party of 57 were seated one half hour later, we were not told this in advance. Service was fair and the food was over priced, average quality at best and the portions were small. There are restaurants in this area of far greater value.

We went with a party of ten. Everyone was impressed with the service, food and atmosphere. Wait staff were attentive, food was served in a timely manner--they didn't rush you or make you wait. Definitely go!

We have vacationed in Sedona for the past several years and feel that Cucina Rustica is the best restaurant in the area. We have never had a meal that was not well prepared or less than satisfactory in any manner. Service has always been excellent. Admittedly, it is a bit pricey, but the quality and fabulous dining experience make it well worth the dollars.
