I am not sure what hotel the previous reviewer stayed in but it was obviously not this hotel. First, the Motel 6 website shows pictures of a beautiful brand new hotel with inside rooms. When I arrived it was a run down 30 year plus Motel. The place was FILTHY!! and the neighborhood was sketchy with razar barbed wire surrounding the neighboring building. The room smelled and the carpet was frayed around the door. The sheets were thread bare and I was afraid to sleep on them anyway because they did not look clean. The A/C worked but was covered with dust or mold, I did not want to inspect any closer than needed. The shower overflowed because the drain in the tub did not work. I tried to clean the overflow of water by blotting the carpet with the motel's white towels, they were stained brown once I was done. So needless to say the floor was far from clean. The rest of the carpet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. Now that I'm done venting, I would STRONGLY advise you not to stay here. I checked the address several times to make sure I was in the correct place. The website pictures are wrong and this place should be rented by the hour!!

this was without doubt, overall, the best motel 6 i've stayed in. the staff were wonderful, particularly sara. the window on our car wouldn't roll up and at night they watched it for us. the offrice staff was friendly and helpful. it was the quietest room i've ever stayed in. my only suggestion is that they need to vacuum the room better and make sure they look under the edge of the bed as i found a previous occupant's sock.
