My family stayed at the TownePlace Suites on June15, 2007. Since we have four children, we reserved a family suite. First, the TownePlace is comprised of two unattached buildings, and due to construction/remodeling of the lobby, it was difficult finding the temporary hotel office to check in. The check in person (Jasmine) was very responsive to all of my questions and provided a listing of restaurants in the area. We stayed in a family suite on the first floor of building A. The room was quite large with two separate queen bedrooms and a queen pullout sofa sleeper, two TVs and each room had its own air conditioning unit. It also had a nice sized kitchen (full size refrigerator, stove/oven and sink, etc.). Since we had been traveling for a week, we used their laundry facilities (three washers, four dryers) which worked well. Overall, the size of the room was good for larger families.
Due to the construction, the outdoor pool was closed. Also the security door to the building near our room did not latch and close securely. The breakfast was standard continental fare with breads, cereals, waffles, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee and milk, etc. Check out was uneventful, although we had to check out at the temporary office versus an express checkout. Not a bad place and would be better if the construction had been finished.
