Very nice hotel that seems very high end for a Hilton Garden. The room was well appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The rates are reasonable. I will stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent hotel, extremely clean, great location, Starbucks coffee shop and great Sports Bar & Restaurant in hotel. Easy parking. If you are they for a hospital stay you don't even have to go outside you can just walk across the catwalk. Super personnel working for you.

I recently stayed at this property and was very pleased with the hotel, it's personnel and amenities. Even though I arrived late in the evening, the front desk was fully staffed and very quick with the check-in process.

The room was large enough and very comfortable. I did not expect the breakfast to be so complete, but they had a relatively inexpensive meal with just about any kind of breakfast related food.

We also ate an afternoon meal there -- it was through their catering -- that was wonderful.

I recently had to stay at the Hilton Garden because of a family member being admitted to Albany Med across the street. Needless to say I was quite upset upon arrival and had many things on my mind. I could not locate my credit card on arrival and was concerned that I would lose the room. The clerk at the front desk, Dee, was perfectly delightful and helpful. She assured me that the room would be held for me while I called my wife to get the credit card number. She recommended a great place for breakfast and gave me information about the area that proved valuable. Since my relative was being operated on early the next morning guess who greeted me with a smile and her best wishes, Dee, the same clerk I had seen about eight hours earlier. Dee is a asset to the hotel and with her at the desk I will recommend this hotel to friends in the future
