the hotel is new or sum of it is !! our room was lovely and we where the first in .....!
things i hated the food oh my god i could of gone mad we did not even try one thing VILE ......
and the bar well what bar i ve seen better ...if u call a mouthful of booze a good night then ur easily pleased !!! they are so tight and very rude there not in to there customer service at all this place won t last if the carried on like they where we where a group of 8 and not one person was pleased !! one girl was locked in her bathroom fro an hour before the had sumone to kick the door in .... i must admit it s the best holls we ever had but that was down to the company we met and the weather loved egypt and will be going back ..... oh and med hotels what a joke we where due to fly out on the thursday at 21:55 but tarek the meds rep had said the flights had changed and we where now flying at 18:00 so when the transfer picked us up at 15:00 (so 1 day less of our holls ) we arrived at the airport with another couple we could not see our flight so asked a thomson rep who checked this out for us and guess what !! no flight it was still the 21:55 so we sat at the airport till then i could of killed him it was just a con so they did not have to arrange diff transfers for people rahhhhhhhhh sharm resort ... sort urselfs out u have lovely grounds but come on that dineing room and bar grrrrrrr

We were put in a room10 mins walk away from the Restaurant,baretc Food was only ever lukewarm & was ill by the 3rd day which was my husbands 60th Birthday(the purpose of the holiday to celebrate the occasion) The all inclusive was a disaster,plastic glasses were dirty & only a third filled with lukewarm beer.If you needed a mixer it had to be obtained from another bar by youself.Glasses had to be totally empty before we could get another drink & the staff ignored guests whilst they talked amongst themselves.It became so stressful that we stayed in our room & had a drinkpurchased in naama bay as the local shops didnot sell alcohol & they were filthy.Our room wasnot cleaned on 3 occasions. Rep was totally disinterested & cmplaint to Med hotels has received no response to date.So glad that we only had to endure this for a week & couldn't wait to get home.Very disappointed as we paid a lot of money for what can only be described as a disastrous experience-not recommended & would never go back.

arrived at delta sharm and at first sight the pool area and grounds excellent then..... the rooms were shabby would never do anything in the kitchen as it was disgusting as was the shower although the staff came and cleaned everyday and were lovely.The mealtimes were a little like groundhog day the same rubbish everyday.If you like sausage sliced ,diced,or whole,cold french fries you will be okay,the rest of the food was cool if not cold ,dining areas were shabby.Moving along lastly to the bar ..... and that is a loose term drinks were warm and offered in a small white plastic cup the kind you have at a 5 year olds party.All in all i would not recommend this hotel to anyone at the moment they would have to revise the all inclusive option as they dont treat you the same as a guest with money in their pockets.

I would like to say that i had an amazing time at delta sharm. The staff all work so hard for so little and will always do their best to help you if you are polite!. Having said this if you expect 4* then you will be dissapointed. The rooms are all different depending on who you book with. Ours was owned by Delta and could definatly do with a make over. The food could only be described as different, but then you are in eygpt! and with prices so cheap you can always eat out or buy something english from the snack menu. This is free to AI during 2.30 and 4.00 each day. I would also like to point out that the bar is a bit of a joke with small plastic cups for AI and only 1 drink allowed at a time, but if your sat next to the bar wich we usually were then its no bother. All i can say is my friend and i are going back in 6wks so it cant be that bad. If you just want to relax in beautiful surroundings, then this is the place. If you want 4* treament, then choose somewhere else!!..
