the hotel site says there entertainment for kids and adults thats a lie other tahn the pool theres was no entertainment for adults or kids. The breakfast was terrible no varity fr veggi's and what they did have gave me food poisioning for the 1st week of my holiday. The romm was for 2 adults and 1 child we had a double bed and a fold out bed which was ment to be for the child which is 2 years old the fold out bed and a big ditch in the matress. The bathroom was dirty on arrival, hakf the time ceaners never cleaned it properly just flush the toilet and sprayed a little air freshener. Our sheets got changed twice in 2 weeks and that was because my neice threw up on the nite before. The plugs for the tv had ben taped with black tape. The tv kept cutting off as it couldnt stay in the socket long enough. Oh and we had been put on the 1st floor and had to climb loads of stairs to get to a room with a buggy as there was no lift shall i continue ........?????? My advice stay in Nama bay at one of the resorts there I here its beuatiful

me and a friend stayed at this hotel we only booked the holiday 2 days before going so we wernt really picky about the hotel but then once we booked it we saw the reviews which were shocking we tried to change but couldnt but we just thort expect the worse, but when we got there the hotel was really not that bad it was yes very basic but there was everything you needed i mean not many people go 2 egypt just to stay in the hotel the hotel is a base the hotel is in a good location and the taxi's are very cheap in to naama bay just 20 egyptian pound on average. we only stayed in the hotel bed and breakfast which we found was really good! so on a night we went out and tried new restraunts!. the staff were really friendly and we got on with them really well. we are going back again in november and staying for 2 weeks so it cant be that bad! the hotel could do with some updating but if your looking for a cheap place to stay with a friendly atmosphere the cleopatra will defiantly be a good hotel for you.

Friendly atmosphere terrific cocktails and perfect timing for a birthday celebration, what a venue? Excellent entertainment with eating alfresco and a sun tan in time for Christmas ?
The hotel provides all the entertainment Efficient staff serving a good choice of different style food from all over the world and comfortable clean accomodation. The local taxi drivers friendly and helpful visited Sharks Bay and the Diving Museum in Sharm without too much hassle, came to pick us up for the journeys their and back on time ! Really enjoyed it just a couple looking for relaxation and returning for second trip to Sharm el Sheikh. Return third visit in 2005!

Hi this hotel was quite good for what we actually paid food a litle repetative but you can live with that. slight smell of sewage around the place and mainly within bathroom on the whole not a bad place , What you cant live with is well bad manerd staf and beeing man handled by them when complaining to the managment still geting no responce whatsoever so good hotel aveage all round but staff need some lessons on what can and cant do, I was pushed into the swiming pool by 2 members of staff i had a few personal belongings in my pocket which one was a mobile telphone, when i complained to manangment i was told it would be sorted out. 2 weeks later after arriving home and still i have no responce so if you want a reasonable holiday and well You arnt to mythered about beeing pushed around ignored this is the place for you personally i would not use this hottel again or any from the group if this is how this company handle people
