We started off on a bad note with this resort after finding we had been moved to there at the airport due to overbooking. We were to find we were one of many from different resorts. We didnt meet any that were pleased with the change, and did in fact meet several poeple who had returned to the resort and were unhappy.
Our rooms were clean, and big with huge beds, but were not next to each other. Our sons were 7 doors away across the entrance and opposite a large group of teens that drifted between rooms all night making a noise.awaken in the morning to the noise of building work going on just the other side of the entrance door. After trying to get some help from our rep, who was more interested in selling us trips, we were told we couldnt be moved.Given rooms one floor apart, we tried to settle in.6 times one or the other keycards failed, 2 days we woke to no electric/air con, cockroaches probably due to trays left outside rooms for whole days at a time, food you had to check was cooked properly, and,,, i kid you not ,once my son found a piece of glass/crystal in his beans, which the manager told me was SALT!
The guest relations lady agreed it was glass, and gave appoligies offering a free taxi to the waterpark as good will..
Getting served a drink at the new pool bar took patience and drinks with dinner in the main resturant before you'd eaten unlikely unless you got it yourself. There were never internet vouchers to be had for the boys, and often there was a good walk around to fill your bottle up with water at night.
The shuttle bus was great, always on time.Saddles and waves staff best. And the staff at Sandy beach treated you like royalty in comparison. To top it all 3 out of 5 of us came home with bad tummys my sister ending up in hospital for 3 days.

the hotel is great, BUT, the service is bad, would not call it 5 star service at all, some of the staff are rude,

the guy who works in the bank is very very rude and harrogant, at meal times the staff are slow to serve drinks, the main doors are open, and flys get in the restraunt and can be seen on the food,
went to the pool one morning, back to the room at 1400hrs had to towels in the room, 3 phone calls later and a 4hr wait, we got the towels,
we got back to our room some nights at 2300hrs just get to sleep, the was woken up by noisy guests,

having to wait at the bar for 10 mins to get a drink, also having to pay for a bottle of water, but you get one free the day you get there,

the place is good, just need the staff to be better,

Me and my partner have just returned, from what could be a nightmare. We stayed there from the 21st april - 28th april. When arrvining hotel quickly checked us in, hotel appeared clean and tidy. Room was nice, bags then arrived by waiter who wouldnt leave the room until being tipped, which having us arrived we didnt have any change. Dinner times were always a struggle to find a table, and then finding knifes and folks. Food was cold, and there was no selection of fruit or veg. Ate there one night and then fell ill due to under cooked food, which lead to my partner being sick on the sheets of our bed. We then found out on the last day when checking out that we had to pay a cleaning bill of £25 for the sheets, which in a hotel they should expect sickness. After my partner being ill i then went down with the same, and we both had sickness and dirrorea. We did not eat at the hotel any more after the first day. I found myself not eating for 3 days only a small something from the town of an evening as it went staight through. Drinks were never cold, and glasses were mouthful sizes. Waiters and staff were helpful but i offen caught them staring at the girls around the pool. Being blonde i knew that we would have trouble down the town but never expected the amount of attention recieved and the pure pervyness of the men there. i felt sorry for families with fair haired children. Boat trip and quad bikes fab, although no entertainment around the hotel in the day nor the eveings. Was very expensive to buy gifts, was expecting cheaper offers. beaches were lovely and well worth jumping in and having a look, although lots of jelly fish around. Hoilday werent bad but if you have a family i would suggest staying else where as there was nothing for them to do, and food was especialily bad. Celo water park is a waste of money only a few rides which werent nothing special. All in all due to sickness and the arugements had by us and the staff at the hotel i would not return, and warn others to think twice before going

“disgusting!!!!!!!!”

Three Corners Kiroseiz

Well for a start, we hadn't booked to stay at this hotel, however our hotel had overbooked so thomascook DOWNGRADED us to this 2star dump! This hotel truly is an absoloute disgrace, we stayed there 21st april-1st may.

Where to start.. The plane noise is unbearable, extremely loud and very frequent. I had to complain 3 times about the staff of which were VERY rude, no more than 1 drink per person, and i was even shouted at when i asked for a lemonade to go with the disgusting white wine they have! However i recieved an appology when i brought the manager of this dire hotel over to the rude and lazy waiters. You have to wait at least 10 minutes, and thats if your lucky to get a drink during dinner... you cant help yourself! The food is disgusting, flys left to help themselves birds flying throughout the restaurant also appears to the norm for these people. I wasnt expecting the whole works in regards to food, however that doesn't excuse the food at this hotel, you have ONE dinner option inside the canteen(which also happens to be beef and rice everynight) outside you have 2 grilling stations one with fish (disgusting) and the other with pork, the pork would be great however last time i checked white meat was not suppose to be pink, hence the name WHITE MEAT! My partner had some, but couldnt eat it as there was blood on his plate from it! The cups that they provide throughout the day hold about a mouthful of drink! the cups at night are warm, and i had one the other day that had lipstick and ash on it!!

ladies dont take fancy clothes, as i wrongly did! the dress code at this hotel appears to be burberry caps, and adidas tracksuit bottoms!

There is no entertainment throughout the day nor night, apart from the singer that attempts to sing EVERYNIGHT!!!!!! no clapping but he still doesnt get the point.

In our hotel room we had the joy of brown water, rust and muck around our tiling, broken patio door, broken tiling... i could go on! The cleaner was great although constantly looking for a tip, he did the best that he could to be fair. the only point i agree wth on the below review is that the air con was great!

the pools were OK, the pool boys cleaned them every night however in the quiet dolphin pool where we stayed had a thick layer of what appeared to be grease on it! That would be my only complaint about the pools and to be fair it was only there on the last 2 days, the pool boys were very helpfull! Couldn't fault them. Plenty of sunbeds too.

As to the below review benidorm is not my kind of location to holiday, although the people that stayed at this hotel looked like they would fit right into place there. It is not a 5star hotel what so ever, more like a 2. the people that visit here also appear to be more suited to a 2, rather than a 4 or 5 that me and my partner are used to. in a nutshell this hotel is an absoloute disgrace, dont go there would be my advice!!!

“Excellent Time - Relax, you're on holiday!”

Three Corners Kiroseiz

Just returned (25 Apr) from Kiroseiz resort after excellent holiday in room 2002.

No major dining problems, except curry night, as my wife doesn't like curries and even the potatoes and veg were part of the experience; she got something from the kid's corner and the outside barbeque, so everything was fine. Rest of the time, food was OK, both quantity and quality although not always to 'English' taste - lots of pasta, rice and veg - ideal for me, and excellent fish. We had no problems getting a table in the main restaurant or at either beach, waiters were quick to clear anything left by previous diners.

Bar service was as fast as possible, but we soon learned to get served at the terrace tables, as this was much easier. Can sympathise with the two drinks per person limit imposed to prevent large groups hogging the bar for an extended time while they each order multiple drinks. Any time our glasses emptied, a fresh drink arrived, or if I went to the bar, he brought them to the table to save me waiting in line.

Can't fault either of the beaches, or the transport, which was always on time with seats available. Sandy beach is great if you just want to walk into the sea for a swim, Kiroseiz beach is for snorkelling/diving, but was a bit choppy some mornings. Only used the pools on first and last day, plenty sunbeds at the new pool near the road, rest of the time we were on one of the beaches. Not much in the way of evening entertainment - the singer deserves a medal for perseverance, and there could be a few more tables/seats outside Waves bar at nights.

Takes 35-40 minutes to walk along the main road into Na'ama Bay, or a taxi is ~£2 and takes less than 5 minutes. Plenty places there to sit with a beer and watch the world go by, or try the Tavern for UK football, unfortunately it gets a bit smoky unlike UK bars.

Is the Kiroseiz a 5 star hotel? Not by UK standards, but it's certainly not UK 5 star prices, either! It's the third hotel we've stayed at in Egypt, and definitely the best.
