We spent one week at the end of September in this Hotel and had what you call 'real holidays'...When we arrived at the airport a private car was waiting for us. The resort is located between the airport and Naama Bay and therefore recommended as being really safe and quiet! The service of the hotel was excellent, we had our private beach, private pool and free entrance to the spa, gym, night club and any restaurant of the resort. Prestige is the smaller but also the smartest hotel of the resort. Our room had sea view and was huge! facilities inside included jacuzzi bath, CD player, TV, complimentary fruit basket and water, mini bar, safe and poster king size bed! The room had also a lovely balcony in the aramic design style with an exceptonal view on the red sea! the room cleaning service was twice a day and room service was also very good....check out on the Domina website to find some photos (the reality is exactly like on the pictures!!!)...As the resort is quite big we had a private driver whenever we wanted! Each hour at the private beach or pool we received complimentary drinks (fruit juices, white wine, tea, etc) or fresh towels! we had also as many towels that we need everyday!...The snorkelling is also great with full of fishes and colourfull corals! the sea was really clear and enables us to take wonderful underwater pictures! We did two main excursions: snorkelling trip to Ras Mohamed National Park by boat (£25) and the Pyramids in Cairo by plane (£175). Seeing the pyramids was exceptional and we will definitively recommend it to anybodybefore leaving Egypt as it makes your trip so special!... We also went to the Old Sharm market twice during the week to go shopping and eat (much cheaper than in the resort or Naama Bay)! This was also a great experience and the using Egyptian taxis were really fun! We paid £3 each way to go there from the resort. The money currently used is the Egyptian pounds however they accept Euros, GBP and dollars. The food in the resort is good but as expensive as in London! the alcoholic drinks (incl. wine) are awful and very expensive!!! The only disapppointing things was that most of the employees in the resort mainly speak Italian or Russian and don't perfectly understand English....this can create some confusion! Except this we will definitively recommend this hotel to anyone (check out as the sea view rooms are usually often booked since ages!) and will be ready to go back!
