We stayed at Sharm Inn Amarein and we left with a good feeling. The food was ok, drinks were nice and cold, and the staff was very friendly to us.
The room was allright and very clean. It has been cleaned every day.(every day fresh linen etc.)
The pool area was very clean and you could see that Abdel was very serious doing his job to keep this area clean and comfortable.
Also the staff behind the poolbar were very friendly to us. If you had a question about Sharm El Sheik or excursions, Mohammed from the reception was very helpful and friendly.
Overall we had a great stay in this hotel! Thanks to all the staff @ Sharm Inn Amarein.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was lovely and well organised. I found the rooms quite dark. The reception, bar and resturant staff were a little grumpy. I found especially at the reception desk I had to wait quite a while. I has breakfast only which was fine, but the same every day. It would become boring for longer than a week. I ate in the resturant two evenings and thought the food was ok. It wasn't that hot as it was in large flip up containers.

“reallygood”

Sharm Inn Amarein Hotel

really loved this hotel, and the general manager ,ali, who was really helpful and did his best to keep everyone happy. Myself and my daughter went, and unfortunately both got ill quite early on - but mohammet from the health club gave us a very unusual herb drink - and we both felt better after it!
my daughter went diving and i went snorkelling, we also took an excursion to the monastry and to dahab - which we really liked .
We didn't like the hotel beach much - it was very noisy and the sea felt sticky and polluted- although the sunbeds were good.
It really is worth taking the hotel taxi - we got a mini bus back from naama bay in the early hours of saturday morning - (after checking with local police that it was genuine) and we almost crashed because the driver was too busy trying to touch us and urging us to kiss him! NOT pleasant at all! At the same time, my prada glasses disappeared, as did 100 egyptian pounds ...........The hotel taxi was nothing like that - the guys were really friendly and fun .
Lovely hotel, very friendly staff made the stay pleasant - well worthy of its 3 star

This is going to be my and my daughter's 3 rd trip to Egypt and our 3rd stay in Sharm inn Amarein. Straight away i want to say that i fall in love with the hotel.
In reception people greet you with a smile and make you feel at home.
Rooms are big enough, with beautiful ornament touches, very clean and fresh, bowl of fruits on the table. In the bathroom you can find everything you need for basic needs.
We had 3 meals a day inclusive,,viriaty of food fantastic, even thou you can order something extra from the bar or go to a seafood restaurant in the evening, you can have party of your stomach:)) if you wish:))
My daughter loved the swimming pool i could hardly get her out of it.One side of the bar has sits in the water,so there's no need to get out of it if you want to have a lovely coctail.
Prices so cheap,i'm sure that's a big plus compare to England.
Overoll experience just EXCELLENT!

“3rd time in 2 years, says it all really”

Sharm Inn Amarein Hotel

5 of 5 stars

Mar 26, 2008

We have just returned from our 3rd trip to this hotel in 2 years. last year we went in January and when we returned in March we were pleasantly surprised that all the staff remembered us, for this to happen after 12 months was an overwhelming surprise and to be greeted at reception by the manager saying "Welcome home" made us feel really welcome.

We had booked the accommodation through Thomas Cook and the flight direct with BA rather than take a package, as we needed to fly on a Saturday a quick email to the hotel and a limo was waiting for us at the airport, well worth the £15.

All the staff were pleasant, friendly, efficient, courteous and above all gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble.

We went to the bar every day, lunch time and evenings, we paid the bill after every visit, never any problem with "No change"

We stayed on a B&B basis, a huge selection of pan european food, cereal, eggs any way you want them, salad, cold meats, cheese, toast, rolls, bread, potatoes in different forms sausages with onions and peppers, the list goes on all washed down with tea, coffee or juice on tap.

We were in the pool every day, a refreshing experience which to be honest was what I wanted, not a hot bath!

A new attraction this year is an Egyptian night in the fish restraunt
this was good value for £10 which covered both an excellent buffet and well received entertainment and I would recomend this to anyone.

The rooms are not the best lit in the world, though the bathroom is very bright, there is a light in the window bay which was not mentioned in another report, the beds are huge, there is a fridge in every room and they are kept impeccably clean by the friendly and trustworthy cleaners. We never managed to find a time when there was no hot water which is a big plus when you arrive in need of a shower.

A new addition to the hotel this year is an in house excursion outlet, we booked a Quad bike trip with them, on the arranged day I unfortunately fell ill and was unable to go, the trip was re arranged for the next day without fuss or cost, try that with a tour company rep on commission, and yes it was cheaper than from the tour company.

It's hard for me to find a downside to this hotel, in all honesty out of choice I would use the public beach rather than the one used by the hotel. There are 2 reasons for this, in my opinion the entry to the water is better as is the bar. A plus for the hotel beach is that you can hire masks for a minimal fee.

We ate out 9 times, each time we used the limo service, which if you have never used it before is a revelation, you only pay on the return, this ensures you are both there at the alloted time. You can set your watch by these polite English speaking guys and be embarrassed by the value, limos they are not, new family saloons they are.

You might have guessed by now that we will be back for some winter sun next March.
