We stayed in this hotel in the 1st week of April .Before heading out to Sharm we checked many hotels out including Iberotel Palace and we have to say that selecting this hotel was just about the best decision we have ever made. Situated in the old Sharm area and unlike many other hotels in the area, this hotel has the best private beach you can find for your money. Clean , well maintained and with no hassle from rogue sellers whatsoever. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as they could. A note of thanks to Mohamed the cheeky towel chap at the beach and to Hany the chambermaid man ( we had our 3 year old son with us and our room was in amess as soon as it got made up..but Hany made our room three times a day without a grudge...remember to tip him a bit when you leave). We wre lucky with our room also as some rooms terrace out on the animation area. Insist for a room in the Ras Mohamed wing of the hotel as its secluded. We were on a bed n breakfast package but never regretted it for a single minute. The old town Souk(market) has everything under the sun but cheaper than Naama Bay. check out the local seven Eleven supermarket as this has prices displayed on all items. Bottle water was 12.5pence and pack of fags 45p. Hotel runs a shuttle to Naama bay 3 times a day so no need to taxi ..also the Hotel runs its own boat to a nearby coral reef for snorkelling and looking at many varities of fish ( brilliant!!...just keep some bread crumbs and you camera) .. All in all this probably the best hotel in the area for your money...go for it ..u wont regret it as we didnt.
