“ONE OF THE BEST”

Sultan Gardens Resort

We stayed in May for 7 nights..This hotel is great for a relaxed spoil youself holiday. The rooms were large and very clean with about 3 english movie channels plus sports and news. Beds were very comfortable and the houskeeping was spot on. The buffet food was varied and of good quality. Local drinks were fine and the Egyptian beer is excellent..
The hotel was full when we were there but it didn't seem that way because of the layout and size. There is a number of pools with plenty of sunbeds available. The restaurant has theme nights also. If you want to eat in the Italian restaurant you have to book a couple of days before and you can only use it two times per week (unless you pay) ,we had a meal there and it was very good. If you want to snorkel the best place is straight of the private beach..The location is about 15 mins from Narma Bay, we tried Narma bay but Old sharm is far better for eating out and shopping and is only about 5 mins further on. Don't bother going outside and looking for a taxi and then haggling (the whiter you are the more they will haggle) Use the taxi office in the hotel ,the price is £10 return to old sharm and you pay on the return journey. If you want to go on any trips pay in cash sterling as it is priced other wise it will cost you more.
We tried to book this hotel for the 1st of August but it was full so we decided to go to Hurghada. We loved this hotel and the staff including the gardners are a credit. I think a few tip boxes around the gardens for the gardners only would be a good idea as they can't get many tips..

Hi Just got back from a weeks holiday,My family and i Stayed at
the sultans gardens resort ,sharm el sheik egypt,
The best hotel we have stopped in,mangement and staff are first class, our room was excellent, the view from our room was ewesome,
We was on all inculsive,
They provided every room with 1x5ltr water daily, all the bars gave you free water by the glass, but if you need more bottled water for your room then you had to pay for it.
There was a lot of russians staying at the hotel, which we found to be very arrogant and ignorant,Not only do they reserve their sunbeds at 6.15 am i also saw hotel staff putting towels on the sunbeds at that time every morning, they also told my son who is in his late teens, they dont talk to ENGLISH SCUM and they dont want them here either, and whilst queueing for food the would rather elbow out of the way than say excuse me.

Dear robbienomates,

Thank you for choosing the Sultan Gardens and for posting your review. I am very glad you enjoyed your holiday and the resort but I would just like to stress that our staff absolutely do not lay towels down for anyone and our no sun bed reservation policy remains in effect.

Thank you again for your review and we hope to see you again soon.

“A Honey Moon at Sultan Garden”

Sultan Gardens Resort

I am an Egyptian medical doctor. It was the best time I ever spent at Sharm El-Sheikh. First they upgraded me from a room to a suite for free (a honeymooner offer). Then they supplied the room with a fruit basket as a gift in my first day. I realy enjoyed my stay at sultan Garden, I honestly picked it up upon the positive feedback wrote in this website. I also tried to notice each negative review wrote here, but I didn’t find them there (maybe already solved) like:
1)There is always sun beds available for every one on the pools or on the beach.
2)There is a great variety of food in every meal, they are so delicious and tasty.
3)All inclusive is just a great deal, & Casa Maya Restaurant is superb.
4)There is constructions around the hotel, but completely silent, no noise at all.
5)Airplanes can be heard once in a while, but their sound is not a disturbing one, and they are so few. (I think they are heard all over Sharm El-Sheikh, not just on this hotel).
6)Staff are so so nice, they are all egger to serve you without any delay.

Net result: This hotel is second to none!.

I was really honored to know such a nice and bright staff, I left a thank you letter at the reception & I was surprised to receive a call from Mr. Ghareeb El-Agamy after my returning home to thank me for my stay. He is a very nice guy.

Well done Mr. Basel (the executive manager).

Definitely this resort will be my favorite one each time I visit Sharm El-Sheikh (Insha Allah).

I highly recommend it to you.

“Fantastic Holiday”

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Sultan Gardens. We had an amazing time. The Hotel is fantastic, spotlessly clean, food is excellent and varied, the Italian restaurant was also very good. The staff are the best we have ever met, so friendly and helpful, they could not do enough for us. Our room was spacous and very clean, excellent air conditioning The pools are great, plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The beach area is narrow but we always managed to get a sun louger, the staff on the beach always managed to find us some with a parasol.

We never go back to the same place twice but this hotel is the best we have ever stayed in (and we have travelled a lot) we are looking to go back October.

I would definately reccomend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing break, with good food and clean comfortable accomodation

sultan gardens
having read some of the reviews from the same dates that we went dont know what resort they were on but it was not the sultan gardens where we stayed. there was 7 of us including 3-16year old girls and boys aged 13-11. all the staff were lovely and helpfull we never had to get a drink the staff always brought them to use and if the kids went to get drinks the staff would always help them back. food was good as my son is a fussy eater but he eat everything, and night time the chef would aske did the kids want french fries and go and cook them. the shows every night were different. we also sat by the big pool and never saw any one vanishing, even every night the bug man would come and spray so you didnot see creepy crawlys. we went down the sea every day thats is down hill no good if disabled but you can get the shuttle bus, the abr by the big pool stayed open until 12.00 as our rooms were not that far and we use to go and get drinks and sit on the patio. for the kids there is motor bikes volley ball football netball mini golf and kids club and the slide in the bottom pool. the only things that done my head in were the photograph men as they follow you round and it can be expensive
