A new executive club lounge has improved the overall experience at this hotel. The staff are keen, well-informed and make a point of greeting guests by name.
Prices vary pretty wildly but the value for money is great - the rooms are spacious, with excellent facilities, and the Glasshouse restaurant offers good international cuisine (I've never ventured into Verre).
As well as being great for business travel they also cater for holidaymakers - although why anyone would choose Dubai for a holiday is beyond me - and there's a shuttle service down to their sister hotel at Jumeirah.

This is a great hotel. If you are looking for something near a beach with loads of activities, then it is not for you. But if you want a real taste of Dubai, then it is great. It is really close to the centre (souks, shopping centres, etc). We stayed there for 4 nights. We upgraded to a Executive Panoramic Plus room. It was well worth it as the view is amazing over the creek. The pool is small but clean and very useful. Staff was very friendly.
We stayed during Ramadan. But food was served in one of the restaurants. Lunch and breakfast were both excellent (we didn’t have dinner there).

As part of our upgrade we had free private transfers. I only found out as I emailed to say we would be arriving late. So well worth contacting them in advance.

Interesting location - great view of the creek if you are lucky enough to get an exec suite with creek view.

Some problems with lack of hot water and flooded bathroom which took a little time to resolve.

Nice roof top pool with great views over Dubai.

SOme staff very friendly, others have difficulty to understand english.

Bit of a trek to get to Sheikh Zayet Road, Business centre and Jumeriah beach but very good for the airport.

My wife and I wanted to stay in the city this time in Dubai as we stayed on the beach last time. So we booked the Hilton and we loved it.

When we arrived they couldnt find our booking, as we arrived late I couldnt call my work. But this was no problem, they said its fine you check in to your room and we will call them tomorrow. We did and it was all sorted.

We got into the room and its just like the web site. All the rooms have Creek views and the bathrooms are very cool.

We where only Room Only but had room service, which was good value and very quick.

As this is a business hotel the pool and gym are not big but your not on holiday to work out! The pool is on the roof so you can see across Dubai and looks amazing at night (pool closed at 9pm)
There are only about 20 or so sun beds so if the hotel is busy you better hope its full of business people or get up there early. But as I said its a business hotel so its what we expected.

There is a small shop there to get afew bits and bobs and bars etc but didnt really go in them to check them out.

Overall Id say its a very good hotel with large rooms and bathrooms, if you want to try stay on the Creek stay here.

You can also use the bus to go to other Hilton and use there pool etc.
