I can say one thing and one thing only when it comes to my stay.....GREAT! I didnt want to leave. everyone was so nice and thoughtful the best hotel staff ever!

Hands down, the best customer service experience I've ever had at a hotel. They don't come more helpful or friendly than Peggy, Rafael, and Danny. Great people, great service, great experience.

Can't say enough about Torre Dorada. Found Torre Dorada on Trip Advisor. The reviews have all been accurate in fact the stay here blew my expectations out of the water. Peggy and her staff (Rafael, Danny, etc) were tremendous. Service was beyond excellent. No request was turned down. I don't know how many times I only wanted to inquiry about something and before I knew it the Torre Dorada staff was already working to take care of what ever my inquiry regarded. They even set up our train and entrance packages for Machu Picchu. I recommend anyone going through Cusco to stay here. I wish I had better photos to post, but I failed to get good pictures of the hotel and the staff. I'll make sure I get them next time!!

This is Cusco hospitality at it's finest, you will definitely be well looked after here.

These people were prepared to pick us up from the Airport, run us into town whenever we liked, pick us up from town, and deliver us safely back to the airport for our departure - all for no extra charge.

The rooms are warm, clean and comfortable, the property is currently being upgraded as well!

Breakfast was included and there was plenty of variety and fresh food. The laundry service was well priced and prompt. The people were also happy to look after some of our bags while we visited Machu Picchu, and they were in our rooms again ready for us on our return.

Well done Torre Dorada - What a great place to stay.
