Stayed overnight before a morning flight.
Perfect location and the lobby has monitors showing flight arrivals and departures in real time. Just walk across the road to check-in. Great for a no stress start to a journey.
Standard Holiday Inn rooms with comfortable beds and well sound-proofed so no plane noise for a good nights rest. Good WiFi for a fee. Limited time free use.
Good lap pool and small gym for some exercise.
Breakfast OK. Staff OK.
Excellent for what it is designed to be; an airport hotel.

We spent only one night here, but it was a good surprise. We just simply came out of the terminal with the trolley and pushed it to hotel. The check-in was fast and the lady at the reception was kind and helpful.Our room was silent, with enormous and very comfortable beds. The bathroom were "crowded" with toiletries. So it was very good for a one-night stay, but I think for longer stay too.

I wouldn't reccomend this hotel for a stay of more than one night. as the other reviews say, it is ideal for the airport, literally outside the terminal. the rooms are very well appointed but no minibar, no information and if you're staying more than 1 night, nowhere to go!
Room service is only mentioned on the restaurant menu and they charge an extra 50% for the privelage which is excessive. the restaurant menu
is limited but the service was good and foof well presented.

the rooms have wireless internet and ethernet points and there are computer terminals in the lobby/bar.

Stayed in this property twice in mid December on our trips to Patagonia.

This is a new and modern hotel literally across the road from the airport. You an wheel your trolleys to the hotel. we have a twin double room which was sufficient for the 3 of us. The double was a double not really designed for 2 people so beware for the North Americans.

The restaurant was good for a airport hotel with a good selection of Chile's premium wines.

The hotel does not store luggages for (what they say) security reasons but they can be stored in the terminal building.

It was an excellent stay for us as it allows us to arrive late and get the morning flight out to Punta Arenas. We did the same on the way back. The rooms very more than comfortable and the staff was very, very polite and helpful. Oh, they spoke excellent English as well.
