This hotel seems to be not very popular to taxi drivers. Everytime we want to get to the hotel, we have to show the hotel map to the drivers, but they are still not sure of the location of this hotel.
Nothing is near from the hotel, only what I found was seven-eleven right next to the hotel.
Rooms are small not a good view, very close to the next building.
Staffs are not very helpful, I asked them how to get to a restaurant, but they were chatting themselves but not cared enough. elevator is very old too. Breakfast was not so good, not various collections(as I remember, just some breads & jams..etc)

Very pleased that we chose this hotel. Clean, comfortable, excellent facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked a deal including breakfast and were not disappointed, there was an excellent choice to suit all nationalities. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from Raffles and Orchard Road, where the nearest underground station is situated. University district not far away. Excellent, cheap food court on corner just past 7-11 shop. Highly recommended. Good value for money.

Pleasantly surprised by this 3 star hotel. Excellent location for tourists or those on a stopover in Singapore. Close to lots of attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Linen was a bit tatty had a good laugh when on the hotel blurb it stated you could purchase towels at reception. Smoking rooms available however even as a smoker not being able to open the window was a bit disappointing. Would stay here again when we return to Singapore.

Reminded me of college dorms. Walls were thin. Next door neighbor was coughing like a storm it kept me up all night. I could hear all the conversations on the other side of the wall. Breakfast buffet was repulsive. What's that smell?
