From the minute we walked into the reception area until we had taken in the fantastic view from our Panoramic room on the 30th floor we were amazed by the design and layout of this hotel. Check-in/out was very efficient and our room was excellent - modern and very clean. We did not sample the food here but had a great 3 night stay. This hotel would have scored a 5 from us but for the noise from the water system early in the morning that disturbed our sleep on 2 nights - not a major problem but after staying in 4 great hotels on this trip I can't give them all a 5!
Overall a fairly well located top class, stylish hotel

Stayed for two nights on our way to Australia.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.The hotel and our room was spotless and the view was absolutley stunning.The location was excellent,all the major sights within walking distance,and close to several shopping centres.Highlights of the stay included the speedy outside lifts and the very comfortable huge beds.Do go the extra few dollars and reserve a panoramic room as you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Arriving in Singapore is a great experience; flying in over thousands of ships in the bay, and landing at what looks like a floating city is a great way to arrive! The drive to the hotel from Changi airport is a pleasant 30 minuts or so, along tree lined boulevards. The hotel is located in the business district, near the new Singapore Flyer big wheel (same size as the London Eye, but mounted on a slightly higher plinth, making it the tallest in the world...at the moment!). To get to Orchard Road and the main shopping area is a taxi ride, but the Marina Square mall adjoins the hotel, so if you need to shop, it's all close. You are also around ten minutes walk from Raffles, about 15 mins walk to the main government buildings, 15 mins from the Merlion, and a short cab ride/30 min walk from Boat Key and Clarke Key. The hotel lobby is very well presented; plenty of helpful staff and a stunning atrium bar in the middle. Rooms are large and comfortable, and there is a good selection of restaurants. Try the rooftop Chinese restaurant - food is good; views are stunning! The outdoor glass lifts are also part of the experience!

There is a spa onsite, as well as the usual business facilities.
The pool area is tastefully laid out, and as soon as you arrive, the staff will present you with a complimentary ice-cold bottle of water, and even better, when you've finished each one, they'll bring you another! Good sized pool as well. Not the cheapest hotel by any means, but well worth it.

Well run, business and stop off hotel. Pool and public areas are kept stopless and clean. The view across singapore from the room was great, you can stroll down into town, clarkes or boat quay within 10mins. Staff were well trained and professhional, whilst still having humour and informal chats. The beds are fantastic, just what you need after a long jouney.
