Second visit to this hotel. Not in the best location, 10 minute walk to Orchard but that did not really matter as cabs are cheap and walking fun.
Club rooms and Club were both excellent. Always would recommend them as it works out cheaper than Room, then paying for breakfast

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The Hotel is pretty efficient.; check in and check out was fast. Morning buffet is at the restaurant lobby, medium size but has good array of food. Had several lunch buffet as well and the selection was pretty good.

Room is disappointingly small. Bathroom has a bath, which I prefer than just a shower.

Swimming pool was lovely...had 3 pools; 1 main pool, 1 children pool and 1 for whirlpool

It is near Orchard 20 minutes walk. Not so accessible. Have to take cabs to go everywhere as I was there with a toddler. Walking for 20 minutes to a nearest MRT station can be tiring for a toddler.

We stayed at the Traders for a couple of days on our way to New Zealand and Australia and would thoroughly recommend it.

Great place to start a holiday - very helpful staff and hotel well located for shopping. Very good breakfast and and also excellent provision for guests who have a long wait between checkout and catching their flight. Both the pool and the spa are definitely worth a visit (or two!).

While in Singapore, have a look at the Botanical Gardens if you have the time - great way to spend a couple of hours after you've done all your shopping!

Stayed for 2 nights on the way to Austalia and one night on the way back.
This hotel could not be faulted the staff went out of the way to make you feel welcome and could not do enough for you which can be difficult in such a large hotel but some how the Traders manage it.
The hotel breakfast was second to none I have stayed in numerous higher rated hotels and not got the standard of the Traders.
The hotel is just a short walk from Orchard road and a couple of nearby shopping malls so very good location.
On check out at 12 noon we were given access to the hospitality suite with full use of all facilities in the hotel and were able to lounge by the great pool on the 4th level and while away the time to our flight.
I would say dont hesitate to stay here and if I am ever in Singapore again I would not contemplate looking for any where else to stay than this fine hotel.
