My daughter and I stayed at this Hotel in January 2006 for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was buffet style and very good.

Our room was small but clean and had a full bathroom with a safe in the cupboard. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We were on the eighth floor and had a lovely view out of our window.

The free shuttle bus took us to Orchard Road each morning and we took a taxi back. Taxi's are cheap and plentiful.

After checking out of the Hotel in the morning they held our luggage 'til we returned at 7pm and the concierge asked us if we'd like to freshen up before going to the airport. He gave us fresh towels and escorted us to the pool area where we showered and changed our clothes. Then he arranged a taxi for us, all without being asked and after we'd checked out!

I booked this Hotel through the internet and paid only SGD$158.00 for the 2 nights. Bargain!

Impressive Hotel, helpful efficient staff, would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for just one night on our way to KL. Booked the hotel at the airport and arrived very late. Everything worked out fine and the staff seemed nice and proper. Room was nice and clean. The pool was a little bit small but a least there was a pool. Located a bit on the outskirts of town, but taxi is pretty cheap. The breakfast-lounge was a bit crowded and the breakfast was ok, but not more.

The lobby would make you think that it's an acceptable hotel. But once you slept through the first night, you realize that the noise level will drive you nuts! The door is not sound-proof... you can hear other guests banging the door... and hear even all the conversations.... Not to mention all the tourists in tour group.. which have to leave early every morning..... it's crazy! can't rest at all

Room is tiny (for its price). Pillow smells (I wonder if they change it).

Overall, I would think this hotel should have been aptly renamed "bad quality"

booked thru a web site and requested twin beds and non smoking. booked in -allowed in early - but no twin available until next day smooth swop next day and clean, comfortable beds (pillows a bit hard). First room quieter than second as on different side of hotel. Breakfast reasonable plenty and hot. Staff friendly and swim pool well maintained and empty so being small does not matter. Will use it again as taxi's plentiful and cheap
