This open air restaurant more than 20 floors above Cebu's streets is separated from 'thin air' by an unattractive heavy chain wire fence, albeit with a few plants growing in what would be a windy atmosphere.
The evening 'buffet' looked spartan, with a small number of salad choices complemented by meat cooked to order.
I chose a number of kebabs and they were nicely cooked. The salads were acceptable, if a little bland, and the standard of food hygiene appeared acceptable, at least to a layman like me.
Beers were relatively expensive (for the Philippines) at P100 for a 'stubby' (330ml San Miguel Pale Pilsen) but the usual free iced water was supplied upon request.
A singer and accompanying small band were about to start performing at 2100, which is when on a Saturday night we departed.
There was nothing remotely disastrous about this restaurant, but unfortunately nothing stood out as even mildly exciting either.
